Portions were awesome. Chicken was a bit dry. Flavor on the chicken was alright, nothing to call home about but it was good. Wish it would come with an additional sauce as it’s not nearly enough for the fries let alone the chicken sandwich. Also, we may have gotten unlucky but the sauces we did get were only filled up halfway. Overall, great value and would recommend (just make sure to have enough sauce).

My husband and I love going to hot birds! They have the best chicken such high-quality and they give you so much food for your money. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Not only that, but they’re right outside of a tractor supply which makes it 100 times better! Now I get to shop for my horses and get dinner. ✨ amazing ✨

Best chicken fries Ive ever had. I usually dont go to chicken spots. But this is really the best in my opinion. Waited in line for 45 mins tonight and it was worth it.
Staff works very hard at getting everyones food orders out. And are always in good spirits. Smiling and welcoming to their customers.

Wow!! We each had the Sando. One mild and one medium. Absolutely delicious. The huge amount of chicken was very flavorful and juicy. I ended up taking the remainder of the bun off because the chicken was so good. The service was good. I wish they had tables, but that's ok.

The best chicken sandwich EVER! Every time I come I am never disappointed by the food and the service. The food is always fresh and delicious! The sauce on a fresh Sando is amazing every single time. I am so happy to hear they have a new food truck. This place is extremely popular for a reason, the food and customers speak for itself. I don’t mind waiting a little for my food, I know it will be worth it & plus I have never waited long. Thank you hot birds for bringing such a different type of food to Watsonville!

Worst service and the chicken was dry. First time going to try it and was very disappointed. They served about ten orders before me and they had ordered way after me. I’ve asked why, and was told because they had two cooks and one was slower. Why blame it on the cook? If they had a bad cook, I’m sure they wouldn’t have that cook working there. I was there for almost two hours. People cut in front of you, so disrespectful and they get their food right away?. I had only ordered a chicken sandwich and an order of chicken tenders and it took them forever to make my order while others got their food right away. They give you a number once you place your order but they don’t follow the order of the numbers. I will not buy there again and will definitely not recommended it. The taste is not that great and dry. This truck is the one in Watsonville. Review of one star well deserved.
