The food is super skimpy and tastes like chemicals now. Maybe fillers. Also for the price might as well go to a non fast food place. The table were super dirty like they just smeared all the mayo and ketchup

Utter garbage. I was simply irritated and wanted a refund for the items that were paid for and not delivered (sadly, I can't ask for a refund for the most annoying lack--specifically asked for straws for our drinks) and replied to the order email asking for that partial refund.

When I received a reply saying they couldn't receive emails at that address, but click this link to contact them, do so and am told that it doesn't work, go back to their home page, click contact, then still get told it doesn't work, I may never go to an Jack In the Box again.

This is utter crap. I'm not someone who can't overlook mistakes, but when they're made by multiple people, with extra processes to ensure accuracy (including checklist to seal the bag when everything's in there) and they charge an $8 delivery fee, and ask for a tip, and then leave off an upgrade on one item, leave out an item entirely, and then forget straws not once, but twice (it should have been thought of when they poured the drinks, and it certainly should have been when it's also on the requested utensils section), that is just unacceptable. To then compound it with one of the largest fast food chains being unacceptable to receive basic comments is just grotesquely incompetent.

It will be a long time before I go back, if ever.

Drive thru was really slow. Took 15min with us being the 3rd car. Neither car ahead seemed to have a big order. I'm guessing they were under staffed?

Workers can't understand simple instructions that every other Jack in the Box could understand I asked for a simple thing and they said that they couldn't make it to the point the servers three feet away can understand can understand
