Sandwhich was pretty good and the young staff seemed professional and friendly. The only thing though there was a older gentleman with his hair down in a biker jacket behind the counter hovering around the staff then hung around at the tables. Made me feel uncomfortable for the staff because it felt like he was just watching them work. I get it he might be the manager but let the staff breathe, they seemed to be doing great. No one likes a micro manager.

This is my first time at Jersey Mike's, it was good. They were very busy at 12 pm on a Thursday, but boy, did they bust out those orders. The staff was friendly and the girls working the counter worked well together while greeting every customer. I definitely will stop by again to try a different sandwich.

Great subs. The bread is fresh and tastes wonderful. Lots of fillings. The servers were very pleasant and the service was good considering how busy they were (lunchtime Friday). I would definitely go back.

Service was okay. Employees did not conversate, long wait to order and to select from the spectrum of toppings for a cold sub and minimal eye contact. My hot sub wasn’t made correctly as I wanted and there wasn’t a clear explanation on explaining what the fundraiser is about. Moreover, I did not feel satisfied with the atmosphere along with unfair treatment by the managers to the employees during rush hour. Never worth visiting again.

Food was extremely fresh, got the #17 "Jerseys famous philly" and the food was really tasty. Definitely better than subway and I would recommend this place if you're looking for a good sandwich. Prices are reasonably priced for food.
