As someone is is rarely in Watsonville, we were passing through and figured we'd try something new. Due to the high ratings, we were very eager to get a taste of the burgers. The owner was very, very polite. He chatted with us for a while and eventually followed up with us while we ate our meal. Being that, the food was average to my taste buds. Due to its average taste, this is the reasoning for my rating. The food wasn't terrible by any means. It just tasted like your average burger. This is quite unfortunate because we were hungry so this added level of hunger didn't help either. They do sell coffee that smelt amazing, so I might stop by another time to try their coffee if I'm ever in the area

Terrible burgers! Owner sold us a song and a dance about how amazing his burgers are, reviews, newspapers, buys the best meat . . . Burger was so thin it was sad. Funky sauce, brown lettuce and burger is served crushed in foil. Fries were good though. Weird that owner waits for you to take a bite of your burger so you can tell him how great it is. We lied, very awkward

Every aspect of going where was phenomenal. The food was great (I had the cheesesteak, my friend had the Kong burger). The food was great, it was twice as cheap as everything else in the area, and the service / environment was great.We couldn't manage to bring the food home because we ended up just gorging and eating it on our way back. I'd fully recommend the spot, and I'll try to hit it up on my way through from now on.

Great tasting burger in downtown Watsonville. Those who have been in Santa Cruz long enough are familiar with the name. Though they no longer sell the egg rolls, the burgers have great taste and quality. Very nice service and will make great recommendations!

The food and service here is wonderful. We ordered a vanilla coffee, the King Kong burger and the chicken teriyaki plate and all three were extremely tasty. The owner is very friendly, engaging and informative. He seemed to be proud of his business and our experience there provided us with the opportunity to see why. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone.

Best burger ever. The tasted is way better than you expect. You may feel the burger different from other hand-made burgers. It is FRESH, not greasy at all. So my advice is that you ask more sauce for better taste. Definitely recommend. So nice and kind people will serve you.
