It had a play center! If you're on a budget and want your kids to have fun this is the place to go. The food is basic McDonald's, service is cool, depending on the time of day its pretty chill. Would recommend going right when breakfast ends.

Greasy Letdown at both Main Street McDonald'sI've had consistently disappointing experiences at both Main Street Watsonville McDonald's locations. The burgers and buns are consistently wet with grease, making it impossible to handle them without ending up with messy hands. It's not just a one-time issue; it seems to be a recurring problem. The lack of attention to this basic aspect of food preparation is disappointing. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a cleaner and more enjoyable fast-food experience.

Something always goes wrong every time we are here. The play place is CONSTANTLY closed and it's the only one left in the area so it's the only draw to go to this one and it's never ever open. Always 'closed for maintenance' but it's really because they don't wanna ever clean it. The food is made wing half the time too. The kiosks break, etc. avoid this place.

One rare visit here was disappointing. Pulled up to drive-thru at 11:30, thinking it a good idea for quick eats, but after ordering was told to pull out front to wait! I asked how long, was told "don't know". Any fast food place should be ready for lunch crowd by 11:30 am! Terrible management!

Went through the drive through everything was fine until I got to the second window. One of the members picked up what seems to be a dead rat jokes around with another employee before discarding it. Then continued like nothing happened. Didn't wash hands or move just went back what he was doing.
