It was okay. Not like ours at home at all. Prob cause near beaches. Everything is paper. Straws, fry bags. It was diff cause food gets cold way faster like this. Therefore foods not up to par. Aside from that it was ok.

In the play area where my son usually likes to be, the bathroom right next to it is very bad, there is no water to wash your hands, we ordered a Big Mac which was super smeared with dressings, and the meat was super poor like a slice of salami hahaha the chicken sandwich in particular was blackened, I understand that they must have levels for the oil but that was overdone, the only thing worth saving from the order were the Nuggets, the customer service was very good but the food was plain very bad.

Idk who the manager is or how they train they’re workers, but everytime I show up in this specific McDonald’s something is always specifically this one girl ALWAYA got an attitude with everyone if she don’t like her job she shouldn’t work there cus she always misses my stuff and likes to play with my order, THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THAT WORKER. She needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY

if i can get this place 0 stars i will, first of all these two girls with attitude and nasty service to people one of them is named Griselda and i couldn’t see the other girls name but they were so rude and tossed my food to me when i was in the drive through and rolled her eyes at me all i ordered was a 10 piece meal and i hope she forgets to turn off her mic next time because the way i heard her talk about her workers is so unprofessional. i hope they don’t work here ever again and i’ve heard from other customers from here that they both have snobby attitudes

I placed two mobile drive thru orders and they forgot to include the fries I ordered for both orders. I tried to call them to get refunded or receive an alternative they answered the fourth call but they answered and hung up right away. They have a voice message that states leave a message and they’ll get to you right away yet their voicemail box is full.

I am a frequent McDonald's customer and today I bought some food. Attempted to use the restroom, which I've used plenty of times. I got weird vibes that I wasn't welcomed to use the restroom. There's a stall and a urinal, and never had I had an issue in the past using it. This time around I was told there was someone in there and then followed by the restrooms are going to be cleaned so they will be out of service. Person came out and I still use it. Very unwelcoming atmosphere and will avoid this location in the future starting today. Attached is my receipt from today of my purchase.
McDonald’s freedom crew Do your job and check our order before handing it to us, every time we order we have to double check because 100% i can guarantee you, something is missing. Very disappointing! Hope management do something about it

Every time I've taken my kids here there's a 30% chance of them getting the order right. Had issues such as missing fries in happy meals. One time, each of their 3 cheeseburgers had the correct order printed on the wrapper, but every single one was made incorrectly. I don't know if it's poor training or if their employees are illiterate, but I ALWAYS need to double check the order because I can never trust them to get it right.

I never thought I'd review a fast food place cuz hey, it's fast food, but the amount of fries they give you here feels criminal lmao. They use these tiny paper bags instead of the standard cardboard containers and the "Large" is about as big as a small from any orher McDonalds. I avoid this McD whenever possible for that reason alone. Really sad to have such an insane size discrepancy for one of the products they sell the most :/
