Waited for several minutes at the drive through and no answer so I drove to the hearing impaired window hoping for someone to be there. Window was closed so I was waving at an employee and manager rudely pointed for me to go to the next window. (The pick up window) Then they tell me they cannot take my order at that window. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t try to make it right. Didn’t try to help. The manager was rude and should be fired.

Bro this mcdonalds is so trash now, they make every car wait at a parking spot or the second window, one time they had me in the second window and they sent the next 3 cars to wait in parking shots and had us waiting there, I ordered 2 double cheeseburger with ni pickles and they gave me one plain and another one super plane with no cheese, lowkey fast food is a joke now, it's not cheap anymore and they lag it. EAT AT HOME PEOPLE.

Very upset went to the drive through had a simple order no drinks . Paid was told to go to the 1 window sat and waited and waited people behind me getting there food and drinks and leaving were still there waiting , I got pissed and left to go in I asked the lady if she’s the manager she said yes I told her I was just in the drive through waiting for awhile , and that others behind me were getting there stuff . She asked what I ordered I told her . She said oh the kid at the window gave it to someone else I was pissed . So she apologized and gave us our order . I hope that kid got a talking to .
