Monterey Bay HerbCo has become my go-to for herbs after placing several successful orders. Every package has arrived quickly and right on schedule. The herbs themselves are excellent—fresh, fragrant, high quality, and exactly as described. I also appreciate how carefully everything is packaged; nothing has ever arrived damaged or spilled. Consistent, trustworthy, and great quality every time. A reliable company I’ll definitely keep coming back to.

Horrible customer service - super rude on the phone - not helpful at all . changes price for shipping every time i go to checkout - switches the options available for the shipping.

My order was placed and received a while ago, and I kept the entire boxed package stored closed and sealed. When I opened the box to use the herbs, I noticed that my order of Nettle leaves was not pure nettle leaves, it was mixed with straw from grasses. I found multiple grass heads and stems inside of the package. This is not safe for consumption as some grasses are toxic, and when I reached out to customer service, they said: It is out of the timeframe for dealing with me, “I’m afraid we will not be able to assist you with this matter.” So here you can see posted the low quality of the herbs received, not only mixed with grasses but very faded even after remaining sealed and in the dark. With no interest from customer service to make it right or retain a customer. Never shopping here again!

I found this business when I decided to transition from coffee to tea. I checked out some local tea shops, but the prices were higher than what I wanted to spend. Not only does Herbco offer a wide selection of amazing teas (I currently get an organic black tea, as well as a summer berry tea), but their prices are unbeatable as well! I have never had my shipment by the projected ETA. It’s always a day or two early! I have shared this site with as many people as possible, and will continue to do so. I love this company!

HerbCo's Assam tea has been my go-to for years, and they have herbs and spices I just can't find anywhere else. The quality and prices are always the best around. Love it!

I use the Raspberry leaves for my female horses. It helps with their attitude during heat. Product is very consistant. Always arrives quickly and packaged well!!

False claims on the website : we ship within 48 hours

Order was placed on Wednesday before 6PM. On Tuesday next week my order status was still processing
When I called, Customer rep couldn't find my order. All of the time when she was investigating, she was interrupting me, extremely rude. I was told that they had computer program doing wrong things and it is my responsability to check my order and call to inform them that something is wrong.
I was told that maybe by Friday my order will be delivered. But rep and her supervisor refused to send me email with the results of our conversation. I was told that Friday was hypotetical day. After the order will be processed , packed and ship within may be 48 hours, I will be contacted to provide more information.
Customer rep and her supervisor ciontinued telling me that she has no time to resolve my issue, that I ask too much from them. And if I will continue asking for something that they do not want to do, they will never have time to process my order.

Of course, this is my LAST time ordering from these absolutely unprofessional people. Was my mistake to go with them.
