Mountain Mike's Pizza

I went today and while I waited in line to order a young lady asked to use the restroom and the manager rudely told her no for customers only she said she was waiting for a pickup order, I ordered a large pizza For me and my family to eat pizza was good but manager was watching us get refills like a hawk I then got a few jalapeños and the manager rudely told me I have to pay for the salad bar, I refused finished eating and before I left I let him know how I felt and he said he has worked there many years and no one has complained I let him know there's not a single other person here nobody can't complain if nobody shows up I'm sure they lose a lot of business because of this managers Attitude and way of being. I will never do business here again. Pizza was good though shout out to the kitchen staff.

It was delivered and I was just a touch disappointed.

I love Mountain Mike's and their toppings here were a bit dry.

I think next time I need to ask for a bit more sauce and toppings.

Just disappointed.

Great food and phone service however you need to check whoever this older Hispanic man is delivering the food. On multiple occasions this guy has tossed the food to my girlfriend or delivered it to random houses on the street luckily we know our neighbors so they bring it to us. Find a different job if you hate it that much instead taking it out on customers.

Mountain Mike's is one of my favorite spots for pizza. I truly value the quality of their pizza. I always make sure to visit when I have the opportunity to do so.

We got there at 11.45 AM very friendly welcome and asked us if
any things Especially or more Frome lunch bouffe but every thing was ready we had a good time and good lunch thank all people working at that restaurant nice and friendly service .

Came with a friend for the lunch buffet around 12:15 pm. When we arrived we saw 2 small size pizzas that were almost gone and also what appeared to be bread sticks at the buffet counter. My friend and I were able to get a few slices of pepperoni pizza and 1 slice of another kind of pizza. When we were ready to go back for more, the area was empty and nothing was available. A good size crowd was waiting to get their first round of pizza while we were waiting for our second. About 15 minutes went by and nothing was available. We all paid for our food but we were not able to eat. It appears that the owner is very stingy with product and tries to get away with providing the bare minimum to benefit from profit. I understand the business concept of things, however I will never be a repeat customer at this establishment. It is poor business practice that will end up costing this owner his intended profit. The lunch buffet at Round Table Pizza offers way more for your money.

Some lady called me while i was trying to eat my dinner and called me stating that i didn’t have sufficient funds in my account when i did and she was arguing with me WHILE i was eating and PMO

I came to this location on freedom in Watsonville and the pizza was fantastic. This is very good pizza. I ordered the combination pizza and it was exceptional.

Best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfect, and the toppings were so fresh.

Everything was tasty, and service was very good. 100% recommended.

Pizza was great, was not a single instore diner when we went to dine in, expected somewhat fast service. Was told that the wait would be 20 mins, but took around 30 minutes for a single large peperoni. Service was non existent, was not offered a high chair for our 2 year old, no games were turned on for our other child to mess with while waiting. Just brought our pizza out without saying a word. Won't be back, not very welcoming and expensive. Also, clean up the walls, there's old food and who knows what all over.

Parking: In a large shopping center, parking is plentiful.

Kid-friendliness: Could have been a great environment if the arcade section was functioning.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible.

My son had to use the restroom. I understand restrooms are for customers and I understand why businesses implement this. However, an exception can be made for a child. He is 5 and the Burger King we bought lunch at had the restrooms closed for servicing. We buy pizza from here once a month. So technically I'm a paying customer. I should have just let my son pee his pants so then they would have to clean the floor. Will never buy pizza here again. I want to apologize for my friends language when he called to complain.
