Pizza was great, was not a single instore diner when we went to dine in, expected somewhat fast service. Was told that the wait would be 20 mins, but took around 30 minutes for a single large peperoni. Service was non existent, was not offered a high chair for our 2 year old, no games were turned on for our other child to mess with while waiting. Just brought our pizza out without saying a word. Won't be back, not very welcoming and expensive. Also, clean up the walls, there's old food and who knows what all over.

Parking: In a large shopping center, parking is plentiful.

Kid-friendliness: Could have been a great environment if the arcade section was functioning.

My son had to use the restroom. I understand restrooms are for customers and I understand why businesses implement this. However, an exception can be made for a child. He is 5 and the Burger King we bought lunch at had the restrooms closed for servicing. We buy pizza from here once a month. So technically I'm a paying customer. I should have just let my son pee his pants so then they would have to clean the floor. Will never buy pizza here again. I want to apologize for my friends language when he called to complain.

Pizza was mediocre. $38 for a large pizza and garlic sticks seemed a little high. Very little sauce on pizza. Did pick up, restaurant was empty. Staff wasn’t very friendly, didn’t seem interested in answering questions. Disappointing experience.

The people you have on the register should be more friendly. They are young and need good training. The food is delicious and its my favorite pizza.

I came in for the all you can eat buffet at paid for myself and my 2 daughters from the beginning when we first came in the lady that helped us at the counter was nice but the whole time we were there she made us feel uncomfortable we were watched the whole time every move we made when we would get up and serve ourselves food she kept following us around she went as far as sitting in the dining are while she took her break Making sure to keep an eye on us the whole time and then she pretended she was sweeping just to keep watching us while we ate the whole time we were there and she was rude because we didn't finish 2 slices of pizza each we were gonna take it with us and she made us throw it away I hate throwing food a way I volunteer at a church where I feed the homeless people I was gonna take the two slices I had left to give to a homeless person because I hate wasting food she harassed us at the door and made sure we threw the pizza away because she said we could not take it this was by far the worst experience I've had at this location we always come and eat ob the days that I go in later to work and we always order pizza for carry out we even order food to share with employees at my work I will never be going back to this location and definitely not ordering from this location again and I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone we will be going elsewhere why go to eat to place where you can't even eat in peace and have a conversation with you're family when you are constantly being watches like a hawk

This place is horrible and horrible customer service. I asked for a large combination and they gave me a pepperoni and called for a refund and they said they would only give me 5 dollars back. Don’t recommend place!!!! The manager from this place is also a very rude person !
