If I could give this 0 stars I would, I got sick after eating here. We paid $50 and the food was terrible and not even hot. The orange chicken tatsted stale and felt chewy (my jaw started to hurt after a few pieces), the fried rice had 0 flavor and was on the same level as cafeteria food. My friend even found a hair in his food! The service was terrible on top of it all. We were waiting for ever to get out food and when I went up and asked about it it was over one item we ordered not being in stock. Not once did a worker come and as if we would like to replace it, we had to be the ones to ask after waiting 30min for it. Tldr, everything about this panda sucks

They take a very long time to give you your food! My food was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5:40 I ended up getting my mobile order at 6:30 yesterday. Very bad management everyone seems to be doing their own thing workers aren't organized at all. Avoid this place.

This place is super packed be ready to wait long time to get wrong food. I ordered the food, waited 15 min for the meals to get ready and then they gave me totally wrong food, which I discovered at home . Drove back to their location. They gave me new food. Zero apology. I wish the customer service in Watsonville was better.

Their rice and chow mein are always either over cooked or dried out, along with a majority of the main dishes. Their never consistent. I went on Saturday 6/11/25 and it will definitely be my last. I've given them one too many chances to be better, and nope. Each time was more disappointing than the last. Do better, waaaaay better, as in training. RETRAINING IS DEFINITELY NEEDED at this location. And oh yeah, they rarely smile 😁. I prefer a smile and a thank you for coming.

This location is poorly managed the employees seem like they hate their job and find any excuse to go waste time in the back. The manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing ,overall terrible experience at this location. Food was cold because they boxed it and let it rest for about 15 minutes or so while they pack all the online orders.

Must be the slowest unorganized establishment I’ve been to. After paying and looking at my box full of food, they said it isn’t ready. Watched for 5 min on the counter and miraculously said my order is ready. Don’t go here
