Use to go to other Pho restaurants especially in the Bay Area. But I'll admit, this is so far my favorite Pho spot. Can order on a kiosk and the staff serves with friendliness and smiles.

Good pho!! Very good broth if you choose the beef pho. I’ve heard the veggie and seafood aren’t great from several people. No flavor.Also the tofu spring rolls are good!!
I was super reluctant to go to this restaurant because the people that were here before had a terrible establishment. But since this new management has taken over, this place is absolutely fabulous.I ordered the grilled pork with egg rolls and vermicelli noodles and it was so incredibly fresh and tasty. The vegetables were crispy and delicious. My only thing I would say about this place is the egg rolls had a bit of a strange consistency for the filling. But nevertheless they were still rather good.I look forward to coming back to Watsonville to eat here again. I definitely want to try the soup next time.It is one of those establishments where you place your order on a screen and they just bring the food to you. So I don't really have much to say about the service as there's not a lot of interaction. But sometimes you don't want that. Sometimes you just want a quick lunch without the fuss. So that's not a downfall as far as service is concerned.Definitely coming back. Ambiance was also very cute.
This place is yummy. Got the BBQ shrimp and pork vermicelli bowl. All with tip it was about $21. A bit pricey for the bowl. The shrimp was tasty and well flavored. They give a good amount of pork. Overall, delicious and flavorful, yet simple. The veggies felt fresh.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday and I really enjoyed it. First time I used the ordering kiosk, so that took an extra minute. Got the #28/Brisket and it came out in about 5 minutes. Good flavor, delicate broth and lot's of tender, thin sliced beef. Place was very clean and appeared to be well kept. Around here ( I know, "not SJ"), I think this is one of the better places. Give it a try, you'll like it.

So happy to finally find a spot that is authentic and closer than San Jose for my pho fix. A bit on the pricier side but worth it. There's always kid portions if your not too hungry. Also loved the fact that you can opt for egg noodles. Service was fast. Highly recommend this place if your in the area.

I found this place through my iphone map, tried it, and was extremely satisfied with the food, the serving size, and the service. They have kiosks where you can punch in your order and just wait for it to be done - like some bigger fast food chains do! As for me, I ordered online. The place is clean. And the business center where it is located is easy to navigate - even for those who are just passing by through the freeway. I would definitely add them to my favorites should I crave for pho, or some Vietnamese rolls, or fried rice again. The reasonable price is definitely a plus. Give it a try and be the judge.

Delicious pho! It's self-ordering through a number of monitors they have at the entrance, interesting approach that works well. Very simple but welcoming and clean-looking dinning area. Pho was good size and very tasty. Bathroom very clean as well. Very minimal interaction with staff.
