They always screwing around and never get my order correct, your better off eating there instead of picking up that way u can point it out to them workers how bad they screw up the orders!!

Just your average popeyes experience. Always understaffed, often out of sides and sauces, unenthusiastic employees, but not the worst. Decent enough to come back

Whoever the girl is workin the register friday night was moody, unfriendly, not very helpful. I have had much better friendly service at this store in the past. So My food was ready & she hands food to one guy then looks right at me and leaves my food on the shelf & starts taking an order from another customer as if she didnt just take my order 8 minutes ago & know my food was ready. So i had to yell for someone in the back to hand me my food becuz that was rediculous when she was only 5 feet from handing me my food & she still acted like that was okay for someone to come from the back to do a job that she clearly cud have done in 3 seconds..wth

I wanted, chicken and biscuits. I asked if they came with the chicken. So I said ok let me get the bundle, with 2 sides. They couldn’t give us any sides, because they didn’t have any lid’s. I’m like WTH, for choice of what I really wanted to say. It was take out. The store was dirty. So hopefully they will get it together soon. Maybe I’ll go back. Traveled 30 miles to get some Popeyes 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Went to Popeyes after seeing the long line, police, and an ambulance at Hot Birds. Decided to try their ghost pepper chicken sandwich and my gal got a sandwich meal.. Don’t get me wrong, the sandwich wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t worth the price. Our entire order came to $21.48. The sandwich wasn’t hot. The ghost pepper sauce might have been a five on a ten scale if you’re a Hot Ones fan. The sandwich was small. The sides were good that my gal ordered. The staff were fine, friendlier than average for a fast food establishment. However, I would’ve rather spent $25 for the combo plate a block away at Hot Birds. To be fair, you can’t really compare the two, despite one being fast food and the other a food truck, but when it comes to value in today’s economy, Popeye’s didn’t come through for me. It’s similar to other fast food pricing these days, but again, value for the dollar? No. However, if you’re out on the road, the sandwiches here aren’t bad. You could do far worse at most fast food places.

I'm staying in town for a few days and so far been very disappointed. I love Popeyes, I visit them everywhere I travel, but this Popeyes is horrible. For 3 days in a row, chicken was old and dry, they were out of every side except mashed potatoes, and they pre packaged everything, and couldn't even order large sides. And it's not like I'm coming in right before closing times, I'm coming in at normal dinner times! This is a very disappointing Popeyes and does not meet the standards of your Popeye customers.

Popeyes used to be decent before Burger King bought it, but no amount of new paint or remodeling can fix the filth and garbage that seeps into every ounce of Popeyes. The service is consistently mediocre and often closer to rude than anything else. The tables aren’t clean, and they’re either understaffed or just incredibly slow. Even more insulting, is that no matter what, the only thing guaranteed in life is death, taxes, and Popeyes getting your order wrong. If you get takeout or pickup from this Popeyes, rest assured that your order will definitely either be wrong or missing several items. The quality of the food isn’t much better, with food that is often overdone and or stale from sitting so long in the hot basket. I recommend several other chicken chains, Canes or Jollibees, Chick Fil-A, Zaxbys, and honestly your local mom and pop shops are vastly superior. The price isn’t even that good, about as expensive if not more than other fast food places. Overall, don’t eat here, don’t waste your money on a place that neither cares about the quality of its food or its customers.
