This really sucks...I call for delivery and they refuse to take cash.. I've paid with cash before with no problem. What's going on???

My husband and I always order the King Arthur's Supreme with pan crust. We haven't been disappointed with their pizza. They put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings almost always. Sadly we have been disappointed a few times with their wings. Sometimes they're plump and saucy and other times they look like they just got out of the dryer-by this I mean tiny, shrunken and basically no sauce Not sure why it varies so much but we still like to order here from time to time.

Pizza tastes good and if you use a coupon or online app you get decent deals. I like that there is plenty of seating and you can bring large groups here no problem. I also like the salad bar :)

Horrible service, waited 25 minutes for 1 oven backed sandwich. I asked if they can check on the order and of course, it was gonna be another 8 minutes. They hadnt even looked at my order, the girl working the counter was slow and no sense of customer service, urgency or care in the world. I asked for my money back and 5 minutes later the manager had to come and complete the refund. Ill never give this place my business again. Ill go to Mountain Mikes or Cassidys better.

Ridiculous waiting time for delivery zero stars, unprofessional. The pizza is good but not worth the wait over an hour to deliver to one and a half mile radius. Would leave zero stars if possible

Spent 150 for pizza that took 50 minutes to receive. My daughter had four friends that went up to the salad bar and put ranch on their plate. Three parents went and put ranch on their plate. My daughter went to put ranch on hers and was stopped by the lady who watched all others get ranch and told no. My wife who watched my now embarrassed daughter walk back to the table went up and got her ranch while this lady was telling her no. This lady then walks in the back and the manager comes to our table and belittles my wife in front of everybody. This while all other kids had ranch on their plates sitting with their parents. We were the only family not the same race as the manager and worker. I have never sent out a feeling of racism review before and sickens me to do so. I hope this is my last.

The ladies working the night shift are the best. I have to say they were such great, productive, efficient, kind, and hard workers. THE BEST customer service I have ever received. The place was spotless and very friendly with everyone. Team work and terrific communication between coworkers, and nicely groomed with excellent bilingual skills.
