1st time trying this place...Texas Hot Dog is freaking amazing!! Chilli, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, bacon + the hot dog it self has a snap and grilled to perfection! Watsonville has a new king of HOT DOGS ? Taylor's just doesn't cut it anymore since years ago. You got to try them.

Every style of hot dog you can want and each are amazing , Chicago dog being my favorite. Great staff great service and even better food. They have a great menu with lots to choose from , also a nice spot not far from the highway right by the airport.

Small little place but great customer service. Very positive attitude and helpful.The Texas hotdog was rich in flavor. The chili was meaty, which I like. The cheese sauce was thick and with a bit of spices. The fried onions were a nice crunchy addition. Came with raw onions and jalapeños but I declined, not my cup of tea.There were many hot dog options so if like to come back to try something else since this was my first time here.Wasn't a fan of the corn, just not my preference. Needed more flavor and the corn tasted over cooked.
First time was great. Last 4 times they've been closed when the sign and their website says they should be open. Not sure if they need to update their hours or what.

We loved our food and especially loved our elote cups. They have freedom meat locker sausages which are so amazing! Dejah was so helpful and so wonderful! We had a very large order and she prepared it quickly and we are very thankful!

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a Chicago Dog to go with a beer from Beer Mule next door. The dog was great, made up nicely with Chicago trimmings and served on a toasted bun. This will be a regular for me.
