Staff was very helpful and very nice. I stopped by during a late break at work around 8:15pm. At first I sat at the two seater table near the wall and enterance. It smelled really bad, I had to move to a table at the other end of the store. The coffee was exactly the way I like it.

One of the employees was very rude just because I asked her for a glass cover. It's very bad that they need more training or a new job. If they don't like their job.

I have been to Starbucks all over the country with traveling for work but have absolutely never experienced any customer service like what the staff offered at this one.
I wouldn't call it anything close to customer service. I truly feel bad for the Starbucks company, which unfortunately has to deal with franchises such as this.
As mentioned, I'm not from the area as we travel for work.
I mistakenly put in an order on the Starbucks app and then arrived at the wrong Starbucks. Upon calling the correct Starbucks, I explained the situation and was told I would have to call corporate to get a refund to the app. The staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, so I just informed her that I would continue to the correct Starbucks to pick up my order.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru in order to pick up this order, I was informed that the order was canceled and they would have to remake it. I said, "Not a problem, carry on." The staff member over the speaker responded by saying if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on me. I stated that there obviously was some miscommunication, but I was here to pick up my order, and so I drove forward to the window. 2 different staff members felt it necessary to clear them of any wrongdoing regarding the order. I stated it didn't matter it was just a misunderstanding of communication. Then, a staff member came back to the window informing me that I needed to go to the parking lot and wait and they would bring the order out I was organizing some things in my vehicle when she stated this and apparently I didn't move fast enough because within minutes another staff member came and told me the same thing.
There was no reason as to why I needed to move forward since there was no one behind me & I thought the drive-through procedure was just that.
With not one person in line inside nor outside, why in all my years of going to Starbucks, the one-time staff was unbelievably unprofessional is the time they now need me out of the drive-thru to the parking lot area? It's absolutely ridiculous. Then, when I don't move immediately, they repeatedly ask me to get out of the drive thru and into the parking lot? When I inquired as to the reasoning for this, the staff member just fumbled over her words quickly, trying to come up with something. Again, sounding ridiculous.
This review is a summed up version of what took place. I can't even describe enough how poorly these staff members behaved and how they obviously don't feel any responsibility to the franchise owner, much less corporation.
Im not one to usually let a bad experience lead me to take fuether action, but this whole sale & interaction was not what Starbucks philosophy is about. I went a step further by contacting Starbucks corporate and feel this situation will be addressed accordingly.

I love the location. The staff are having such a great time but the place is filthy. I had to ask that the tables be wiped down. I've been here quite a few times in the past week. THE FLOOR ARE NASTY. Month long gum on the floor to the point that it's black. They need to clean. Supervisor needs to be supervisor not a buddy and needs to ask them to appropriately clean. Gum shouldn't be on the floor and mopped over for days!!!! Super sad take pride in your job!
I'm just speaking for the drive thru experience, be very careful before getting into this line! Don't come here for a fast drink, avoid if you're in any kind of hurry. It took 25 minutes for a bagel and latte

Every time I go here the lids pop off the cups. It's so weird, it doesn't happen at any other Starbucks. Find another location if you want a clean car and clothes

Drove through the drive thru and was the only person line and waited over 10 minutes. They were out of most of what we originally asked for. When we did get our drinks they went into the trash. The espresso was burnt and it and the syrup was congealed, they were disgusting . A waste of $15 dollars.
Writing this review as I sit in drive through line. Avoid drive through at all costs. If you want to wait 20+ minutes for your drink…… then that’s on you but times that long are are completely unacceptable. Step up the game Starbucks.

Ordered two drinks came out milky/watered down came back to ask them to remake them nicely and they gave me attitude and were rude about a simple request the lady in the back made a rude comment and said “they were bad ig someone else has to make them bc I did” and the guy said “really both of them” like obv he thinks im just here wasting my time…i get it might be busy but ide rather wait longer to get good service/drinks than speedy shitty service drinks and if u don’t like ur job u can always leave this was very uncomfortable and unnecessary experience for 2 drinks.

Came here at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and it was closed. Cones blocking drive thru and doors locked. The hours stated they should be open but weren’t.

The coffee was so hot! I couldn't drink it for a while( Sorry I didn't time it) So I will refrain from saying how long it took. I can tell you I burnt my tongue And my wife said she could hardly hold it, bringing it to me as I was out in my vehicle, waiting for her.
