Hands down the slowest drive through in the county. We always regret stopping here

Rudest Starbucks I’ve been to. Went through the drive thru for my mobile order and neither barista at the window greeted me, and just handed me my order. I was the one saying “please” and “thank you” not the other way around. Won’t be back at this location.

Literally the best coffee I've ever had! Watsonville can teach other cities a thing or two about making a damn good cup of joe!!! My wife was equally impressed with her carmel ribbon crunch!! Bravo 👏 starbucks!! Whoever worked on Tuesday night january 13th at the Starbucks in Watsonville by the hampton hotel I wish could always have them make my drinks!!

This has been the 2nd time they get my order wrong the barista who was taking my order not sure if she was on the phone or taking another order at the same time asked for a refresher dragon fruit drink and was given a lemonade with no dragon fruit just lemonade water and w no ice. Have no time to go back since i leave 15 min away. Was not even that busy by the way. Avoid this location if possible or just make sure you check your drinks before leaving that location.

This is the worst Starbucks. I waited 30 minutes for my drink just to find they were out of it. Staff continually ignored us while we waited at the counter. Manager was rude and unapologetic. Watched a staff member take out trash and not wash her hands before she went back to serving customers.

Whoever’s Grandma , y’all hired at that location needs to get off that damn register. that Starbucks also needs to be aware of their caps. Waited 20 min for my order & Got my two drinks with grease stains on it from other food that is gross. Couldn’t even sip my drink. GERMS.

Just the worst Starbucks. No attention to customers, manager and employee going back and forth on an issue that should've been handled anywhere but at the register and completely ignoring that there was someone waiting to place an order. Unprofessional. Drink took forever even though I was one of maybe two orders. And it was easily the worst drink I've ever had and it's my usual. Won't make this mistake again

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've visited. After several attempts, I've consistently experienced very long wait times and my drink order has been prepared incorrectly. Today was no different—the wait was so long that I ended up just leaving and going to another location. Management should look into the persistent service issues, as the staff themselves are always kind.
