Whoever’s Grandma , y’all hired at that location needs to get off that damn register. that Starbucks also needs to be aware of their caps. Waited 20 min for my order & Got my two drinks with grease stains on it from other food that is gross. Couldn’t even sip my drink. GERMS.
Horrible customer service! They don’t make you feel welcome, that is for sure. Their first approach leads you to be the first and last time you shop at this location.
Just the worst Starbucks. No attention to customers, manager and employee going back and forth on an issue that should've been handled anywhere but at the register and completely ignoring that there was someone waiting to place an order. Unprofessional. Drink took forever even though I was one of maybe two orders. And it was easily the worst drink I've ever had and it's my usual. Won't make this mistake again

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've visited. After several attempts, I've consistently experienced very long wait times and my drink order has been prepared incorrectly. Today was no different—the wait was so long that I ended up just leaving and going to another location. Management should look into the persistent service issues, as the staff themselves are always kind.

I’ve been coming to Starbucks and Watsonville since they opened, but today they lost my business. The worst experience I’ve ever had at the Starbucks people were rude. My coffee was incorrect and then when I asked for them to remake it, they kind of chuckled at me so yeah, last time I’ll be throwing that Starbucks please be aware of the customer service and lack of appreciation for customers.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. I stopped by during a late break at work around 8:15pm. At first I sat at the two seater table near the wall and enterance. It smelled really bad, I had to move to a table at the other end of the store. The coffee was exactly the way I like it.
