The staff here are incredibly rude! Had a simple question for one of the employees, was completely ignored until I ask them twice more! Starbucks drinks are consistent if you want jerks making your coffee.

Nice , new, and clean Starbucks. Stood at the counter for quit a while before any of the 8 people working even acknowledged me. They were too busy helping people in the drive-thru. Even someone saying " I'll be right with you" would have been nice.

Normally because the drive thru takes a long time, I would give it 1-2 stars. However, the ladies at the counter got themselves back 2 stars. I ordered at the speaker and had two separate orders. The trick here was that they switched workers at the window. And the barista leaving work made sure to tell the new barista that I had 2 orders. That is a job well done.

Instead of closing their mobile app, they closed the lobby, and directed everyone through the drive through to sit in line. Very unhappy, I wouldn't have come here.

The service in the drive-through on Sunday was bad .The guy didn’t even scan my phone for points. My bread was cold and the drink was so strong. I ordered a brown sugar, shaken, espresso it tasted so strong I couldn’t even drink it.

The staff here is great! The coffee is as expected from Starbucks, which is to say consistent. I like the space. There aren't any comfy chairs, but there is plenty of seating.Update: the music used to be played a bit loud here but seems to be much more tolerable now.One suggestion for management would be to get the bathroom faucets working better. The water comes out a trickle
