They can't ever get my order right. They make the drinks wrong every time I come here. The drinks taste different here than at any other Starbucks. And there's something wrong with the cold foam. It's not foamy. It's so weird and they never put the right toppings on. I think they need to be retrained. I will not be back to this Starbucks.

This Starbucks drinks are consistently bad. Ordered WCM today that lacked flavor and milk was BURNT to a crisp. Had them remake it, tasted exactly the same. Won’t be back to this location. Staff needs more training on how to make drinks taste like other locations.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever left. I ordered a Venti Matcha Crème Frappuccino, but the flavor was much weaker than what I normally get. I drink Starbucks almost every day, and the taste is usual at all locations. However, at this location, the drink was extremely diluted.
I added 4 scoops of Vanilla Bean Powder and a line of caramel around the cup, but I couldn’t taste any of it at all. Normally, when I order this drink at other stores, the flavor is strong and balanced. I’m not sure why it tasted this way here.
I hope the store can improve this. For me, this will probably be the first and last time visiting this location. Thank you.
Was craving hot chocolate and this hot chocolate isn't bad, just not chocolaty enough for my taste; but I do really like the vanilla steamer, sometimes with a drizzle of caramel.

Terrible service. Placed a mobile order at 3:17 it's now 3:45pm and it has yet to be processed. Worst customer service!

Crystal with the blue writing name tag was so nice and had great attitude. She is such a great worker. I'll 105 percent come back because of her.

What's the point of getting a Venti Americano. Thought that was still getting made by hand. Not the first location that gives a grande amount

Paper cup and straws only. If you don’t drink fast enough, you begin to drink paper. Absolutely ridiculous and ruins the drinking experience. Waste of money at this location

No wait time around 6:15a on a Sunday.
Restrooms are clean, you will need a code to enter. Restrooms are only open to paid customers. You cannot hangout and work on school work or sit and read a book. Unless you make a purchase. Plenty of seats available. Water cups are only available with purchase.
I will not return to this location. I am Gold member. All other locations will allow restroom useage. Expecially to a City worker tgat is on the road 8-10hrs a day.

I don’t generally leave bad reviews, but I thought it should be noted that when my senior mom needed to use the bathroom today they rejected her.
It was an emergency for her so she had to say some pretty personal and vulnerable stuff in order for them to change their mind. I don’t know if this is a new corporate policy, but Starbucks has always been the de-facto place for people to be able to use the bathroom, whether home or traveling– especially for regular customers like us. (I’m a Starbucks Gold member)
I know companies have a right to reject use of their bathrooms, but Starbucks is a big corporate company, and they are in a position to be able to allow this. They have always done so. It’s one of the very few things that is good about Starbucks.
I was pretty peeved when she told me.
If this is a local thing, then they need to seriously review their policy and if this is a corporate thing then maybe Starbucks has outlived its usefulness in our communities..

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while and have always loved the welcoming atmosphere and the sense of community it provides. Howard Schultz’s vision of Starbucks as a ‘third place’ a warm, inviting space for connection and belonging has always resonated with me. I usually grab coffee after settling in to study, but today a new employee asked me to purchase something first. While I understand the policy, it felt slightly out of step with the inclusive spirit Starbucks is known for. Overall, though, this location remains one of my favorite spots.
every single time I go through drive thru, in person, pick up, or go in to study they always be doing the best drinks with amazing customer service from absolutely all workers. I don’t like going to no other starbucks in town besides this exact location because of thier excellence in everything.

James has very bad service, and yet instead of giving me his name he gives me the name of the store manager, he really should be responsible for his actions. 👎
