Never have I ever had to ask for consommé when ordering Quesabirria Tacos. I called & they said that's how we do it. Also $3.00+ for one tiny dry taco. They offered red or green sauce with each taco so I ordered 5 tacos w green and 3 with red. I received a total of 1 green and one red for 8 tacos. Again asked obout this and they said one sauce per order. I was hoping for some type of apology all I got was BAD Customer serive.

sorry, I beg to differ from most reviewers. we had a super carnitas burrito, 2 tacos, carne asada & cabeza, & 2 horchatas...$26. First of all, no prices listed, which is a bit suspect. Now, about our food...the burrito, very lacking in the carnitas! Hey, where's the meat? My tacos were ok, not anything that wowed me. I had bookmarked this place, but I've removed it. Not worth the trip IMHO.

Jerry's make bomb tacos. Been here 4 times already this month while working in Watsonville. They put the tacos in container box not on a plate. Tacos were delicious. Will be back for sure.

My husband and I just finished our meal from Tacos El Jerry and I had to review right away because our meal was absolutely delicious!! We are staying at a beach house for our anniversary. Unfortunately, due to health issues I can’t have any dairy or gluten. It’s hard to find anything to eat at restaurants much less anything tasty. We had the carnitas tacos, birria tacos, the consommé, and the Jamaica. Not only was everything tasty, it all felt very comforting as well. I hope we can come back again soon to enjoy.

We are from Morgan Hill visiting this area for my niece's dance recital. As we are coming into watsonville I am starving, and need something to eat. My husband gets a burrito with carne asada, and I had the torta with carne asada. OMG BOMB. I was literally cursing and moaning at the same time . I don't go to Watsonville ever, but now I have only 1 reason to visit.I'm definitely coming back for more food . I have to say I am sensitive to most food, I have dietary issues, but I had no issues with this amazing food. Great quality food, and really fresh.
My go to spot for tacos in town I love that they have hand made tortillas and several options on their menu & staff is always super friendly.

Food trucks - you take your stomach into your hands every time you consider one. This one was a winning chance. We were camping at the Santa Cruz County fairgrounds and needed to make a trip into town to do some laundry. With a hungry burning in our stomach, we loaded up the clothes and started looking for something to eat in the immediate area. Tacos El Jerry was parked in the lot right out front, and it looked too good to pass up. It ended up being excellent. My wife and I shared some quesabirria tacos, and it was some of the best birria I've had. Their jamica was excellent, and the salsas were superb. I went back the next day for more. The staff is friendly, the truck is clean, and the food is awesome. Definitely worth the detour if you're in the area.

So darn delicious! I ordered a vegetarian burrito and everything was so fresh and delicious down the the perfect avocado inside. My 2 sons got a couple carne asada tacos and wished they had gotten more. Whoever helped us at the window was so nice and professional! Thank you! We will be back. We were on a short road trip from Santa Cruz to Atascadero. This is definitely worth a stop.

I'm so impressed with the carne asada. It's tender. It's juicy. It's flavorful. The super burrito is about $13, but it definitely feeds two. The ingredients are quality. My go to burrito has been Super Taqueria but this is so much better! Four stars only because the prices aren't listed on the truck/menu.
