Order from DoorDash vía pick up and somehow they screwed it up twice in a row. Somehow they must've given my order to someone else as I came in asking about it 40 minutes later to find it was gone. Had to explain to the cashier that DoorDash orders Can be ordered for pickup directly after they repeatedly asked me to call the customer. 15 minutes after that (while I'm under the impression that my order is being re-made), one of the cook prompts me directly and says they'll get in it right now. Seems like a short-staffed cluster in the back. Really disappointed as this place used to be quicker. Historically, I've noticed that you'll occasionally get a few extra wings in an order. This was the one time where the number of wings was exactly right... but maybe shouldn't have been after an hour of screw-ups. And to top it all off, I woke up with an upset stomach a few hours after eating the meal I waited so long for. I'll be taking my WingStop business elsewhere from now on...

I love Wingstop but this Wingstop does need to get a little bit better with their cleanliness every time I go in it is a huge mess by the soda area and I do notice a lot of the workers not practicing proper hygiene the one in Gilroy is way better

Most horrible place to order wings at!!! Every time I go there they literally mess everything up, no drinks, no dressing, incorrect order, definitely the last time I'll go there! I do not recommend

It's the 4th time they do this we are always missing a combo or our fries or missing wings or the wrong ones we cal but they never pick up !!

First off I tried to do a call in order for pickup, however their phone was offline. While I was waiting outside to place my order, I noticed several flies. Once inside I ordered 8 rolls. As I waited for my rolls for over 30 minutes I noticed how dirty the prep area was. I saw employees eating in the prep area. Saw employees use the same bowl to season the chicken over and over again. Watched as employees went to the bathroom with their aprons on. A manager told someone to get my rolls and there was no response. This place was absolutely disgusting and should be shut down. Employees had the worst customer service, nothing but punks in my opinion! I got a refund, there was no way I was gonna eat those rolls. Maybe If I had gotten them quickly I would not have noticed the filth! 0 !

The staff are friendly. They ended up giving the DoorDasher the wrong order and my boyfriend had to go back and exchange it for the right one. Went later to get some for me and my friend and everyone was on break by the tables they did greet us and help us but ended up goofing around in the bathroom and by the tables which is very unprofessional where is the manager and why can doordashers just grab orders from the shelf's just because employees know them that's how orders are mixed up well anyways got my food and it was ok not the best the wings were very dry and didn't have a lot of meet today them and frys were good but could have been better also the soda machine had very little soda flavors and their was no ice do better Wingstop

Ordered boneless lemon pepper and hickory bbq ONLINE WHERE IT SAYS THE WHOLE ORDER FOR YOU & I work in a fast food restaurant myself if I how u get bbq mixed with original hot SUPER annoying.

This was my 1st and last time ordering from this restaurant. Ordered online and was given approximately time ready 16-21 min. I arrived about 25 mins later and order not ready. It took my order from ordering to wait time 1 hr. My chicken was cold in middle, fries were chilled in middle and greasy, unsweetened tea was sweeten. Basically, threw out my whole meal. And, short my chicken order. Never again will I order from this company. Did the survey with all dissatisfactions and at the end received a coupon for fries. It went in my garbage can.

I had ordered a carry out order, 30 mins prior to picking it up and to my dismay, I was waiting on my order another 11 minutes when I came to pick it up. To make matters worse, my fiancé was trying to spin it positively and said "hey, this way it's fresher!" It was not, the fries were soggy!

Just as everyone says; absolutely terrible! They always get our orders wrong. Tonight, apparently they didn't have fries?? So instead of telling us that when we went to pick up our online order, they just gave us more wings, which we didn't find out about until we got home. They mess with order accuracy almost on purpose. No fries? Ok, maybe tell us and give us the option of something else or a refund. Don't just throw in extra food instead of what we order and not even inform us. Incompetency here is mind blowing.
