The food is fine no problem. The worst part is the customer service. Not a single employee acknowledges your presence. They look at you, you are standing at the counter looking right at them. They look at you then turn away and go back to doing what they are doing. Compared to other Wendy's I have visited I know this is not the norm and being that this is the only Wendy's in Watsonville and has been my experience everytime I come here since I moved here, this is most definitely not a one off. Attitude reflects management.

Worst customer service restaurant experience ever.
Rude, angry man , way too loud, impossible to understand, couldn't comprehend my simple order, made me wait 10 minutes to place my order with only one other customer. Told him what I wanted, his answer was what do you want. Told him again, he got it wrong. Corrected him, he got more angry.
Told him he was rude, I wanted to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager then cursed at me.
My food was cold.
If he behaves this way when there are children nearby then he should be fired immediately.
He said his name was Sylvester, Hispanic male, dark hair, brown complexion, heavy accent.

the only Wendy's in Santa Cruz county left. The restaurant and it's employees are fine, but the app is terrible. Constantly logs me out and forgets my purchases. Asian level hard to earn any rewards online. Yuck. I'll just stick to my own fingers, ?

I had ordered a combo with fries earlier and they did not give me fries at all. Then coming back there a second time to get my fries and order something extra for my friend, they didn't give her her fries either I don't know what's happening here but I'm pretty sure a lot of people are missing out on the food that they're supposed to be receiving and has been paid for. I had shown the manager the receipt and it took me about three or four times just to tell him that I didn't receive the fries right now or earlier in the day, and he looked at me like I was lying to him even though I had the receipt right there. It was super frustrating because he was trying to spin the thing around on me, don't think I'm gonna be ordering from here. It's crazy how they tried to act like I did something wrong when they didn't give me the food that I had paid for and tried to make it seem like I lied. Very very upsetting!

?STAY AWAY! FROM THIS WENDY'S ? ATTENTION STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDYS, DUE TO THE EMPLOYEES BEING SO RUDE I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT TO ONE OF THE GIRLS AND DIDNT GIVE IT TO ME INSTEAD SHE SHUT THE WINDOW FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH THIS WAS AROUND 7:30 PM AND NOT TO MENTION THE GIRL THAT WAS PACKING OUR FOOD WAS SO RUDE SAYING GET OUT OF HERE JUST BECAUSE I WAS TELLING THE GIRL TAKING MY ORDER THAT THE ORDERN WAS WRONG AND THEY OVERCHARGED MY CARD, THIS IS SO SAD THAT THESE EMPLOYEES ARE CARLESS, I HOPE THAT CORPORATE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUS‼️?

I would like to give this a zero if I could. We went into the restaurant. No one was at the front. After a few minutes, someone said that they would be right with us. Finally the manager took our order. After waiting for 15 minutes, we still didn't have our order. I asked about it and the manager said that they were filling DoorDash orders. So, I guess they cater to DoorDash and drive thru and the walk ins get put on the back burner. We asked for our money back, which he gave to us minus the cost of the drinks. By the way...$7 for two drinks?! That is outrageous.

I came here for the ghost pepper ranch crispy chicken sandwich. I opened the sandwich. It has three slices of American cheese, no ghost pepper, crispy onions, and on top of everything the sandwich was cold. I had to throw it away.
