Normally I love wingstop. All wing stop locations I've been to have been good. I've been to this location twice. 1st time I was here the cooks told me they were not taking in person orders they were only taking online orders. The 2nd time while I was waiting to attend (I was waiting for about 10 min) while I was waiting they messed up someone else's order after that I didn't want to wait and see if they messed up my order.

Ordered 10 boneless wings Cajun flavored to dine in. Received 10 Buffalo sauced in a giant bag to go. Every table was dirty and there were no trash cans to throw away my food when finished.

I’ve had numerous bad experiences while ordering take out at this location. There is always food missing from my order. I placed an order today and half of my order was missing. I tried calling the store and there is no way to reach someone over the phone. The wings were ok but the fries seemed undercooked. If you go to this wingstop make sure to triple check your bag for any missing items since it is something that commonly happens here. This place needs better management and better customer service.

We ordered habanero mango boneles but when we were ready for dinner we realized that they didn't put a single drop of habanero mango in it. I hesitate to return.

Bad service when I went to get my order they had already given it to someone else when I got home and we started to eat there were bones that had already been eaten and we went and they didn't want to do anything

This store has replaced genuine customer engagement with an AI bot over the call that gets your order wrong almost every single time when you speak to it, creating extensive lags. My girlfriend and I waited an hour here to pick up our food after asking if it was ready as soon as we got there. As we waited, they told us "it would be ready soon". As it turns out, the food had been ready for the entire time. And by the time they finally delivered it to us it was cold. The employees were on their phones the whole time, no gloves, laughing when they saw that I was visibly upset. Overall horrible experience in the other 3 of 5 times I've come here regarding customer service.
Food was amazing though and well worth the wait and I will continue to eat here because I am addicted.

My mom came in to order tenders and was disappointed to find that the chicken was undercooked. I asked for the manger which her name was Isabela and she refused to give me a refund. I will not be coming here again this is just food poisoning.

I went for a quick bite around 4:00 PM. I placed my order, and then waited and waited and waited. It took about 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo. The food was very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was too salty that I could not taste anything else. The fries were soggy and very greasy. Not sure how they can mess up the basics.

It took them 40 minutes to make a 6 piece boneless combo. Mostly because it was a single worker actually working. A small lady never stopped looking at her phone the entire 40 minutes I was waiting for my order.
