I have visited Bagelicious several times in the past and have typically ordered a plain bagel with melted mozzarella. In previous visits, I was charged the same price as a bagel with cream cheese. However, during my most recent visit today, I was told the same item would now cost as a “pizza bagel,” despite it being nothing more than a bagel with melted mozzarella. When I calmly questioned the price discrepancy, the staff became extremely rude and raised their voices at me in front of other customers. The situation felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated differently and possibly discriminated against. This experience left me very uncomfortable and disappointed. Consistency, respect, and fairness should be standard in customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I do not recommend Bagelicious based on this encounter.

I am surprised to have noticed this place just now, after the plaza renovation, while it's been here for a while. I tried lox and cream cheese bagel and it exceeded all my expectations. Generous and delicious with a side of potato salad as a bonus. Cute! Definitely it will be my go-to place from now on.

The bagels here are great, with a good selection to choose from! The lox and tuna salad bagels are my personal favorites , always fresh and flavorful. The service is fast and efficient, I’ve never had to wait long for my order. Ambience is good.

I just bought a bagel with olive cream cheese and wow it was the best bagel I’ve ate in years. Reminded me of New York bagels. I’m kind of upset I didn’t take 2. There bagels are fresh made daily and they have unique and delicious cream cheese options. I highly recommend if you haven’t been here before go check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
Bagels are just ok. Owner and the older woman there are not cool at all. He’s absent most of the time. The place looks and feels very old and dirty….like them!

This place knows how to bagel. A perfect hole-in-the-wall spot with excellent bagels and cream cheeses. Their bagels are thick with a light airiness that makes each bite a treat. Whatever you're in the mood for that morning, Bagelicious has got you covered. Get there early on weekends. They sell out fast.
