As I was paying and had my head down, the own sneakily added an additional $2 to my transaction for “two .99 cent cones” thinking I wouldn’t notice my transaction total go up by $2. He then quickly discarded the receipt. This is fraud and I will be reporting it as so and notifying corporation.

Thanks to them I have no cake for my birthday today I ordered a cake from them and I showed them what I wanted it They said we can do that when I got there today It was nothing what I asked for do not order cakes from them because they do not do what you expect them to do they messed up my whole cake they didn’t even call me saying we can’t do it It would be nice if we have gotten a phone call and said they can’t do it so now my birthday is ruining because of them I asked for light pink for the frosting They put hot pink and look nothing like the picture I am so not happy right now with them and this is the last time I’m going there and ordering a cake from them so if you want your birthday to be ruined then fine go to them but if not avoid them

i tried to order a cake over the phone which online shows 37.99 and on the phone it was the same price until i got a call from them after 10 minute of taking my order that beacuse the cake has ice cream we have to charge you extra $10, why charge me something that comes with the cake already, i didnt add anything to my cake yet 10$ charge because they feel i NEED the cake and will pay any price for it....i will never come back as this is ridiculous to charge for the ICE cream that comes with the cake... OREO ICE CREAM COOKIE SANDWICH CAKE, i will call the corp tomorrow as this ruined my sons birthday
