We visited Chick-fil-A and ordered a burger that wasn’t very hot. We asked if it could be reheated, but instead they made us a brand-new burger and even gave us a small gift. Excellent service — highly recommended!

They close at 11 but we got their right at the edge. A couple minutes before they closed and we were waved away at the drive thru even though there was a car talking to the drive thru guy.
They waved no and didn’t even bother looking at us. They put a cone out to close the drive thru. I even just tried asking a couple questions and the guy at the drive thru wouldn’t even look at us or reply. Very rude.
First time I was this disappointed at chick fil a.

I visited this Chick-fil-A recently and had a disappointing experience. An employee working at the front counter around 12:04 wearing sunglasses indoors and came across as unprofessional. He was dismissive and not providing the level of service I usually expect from this location. I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A for its excellent customer service, but this visit really stood out in a negative way. I hope management addresses this.

change of review .. this place used to be good... now i don't think that way. i think the years have killed it. codes for the restroom? wth?! no designated pickup/to-go area... no screen with the names on it telling you your order is ready or not... it's just a very weird location and I don't think I like it

I wasn’t expecting much, but this little place surprised me. The burger I had was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great spot for a casual meal.
Chix strips, sauce and a drink. No sauce. So ate the strips plain. That's when I noticed they had a strange flavor in the coating that gets drowned out by the sauce. Not worth it

We came here as tourists and the server was so kind and the manager even advised that we could buy the delicious sauces to take home (as we don’t have this chain in New Zealand) It was our first US experience out of the airport and it was so lovely. (Also, please bring Chick-a-fil to New Zealand)

I’ve actually never written a review for fast food before in my life! But I just wanted to say I’ve been to this location a few times now and the staff are so nice, kind and helpful! I feel it’s rare to see at a nice restaurant let alone fast food! I have never once had a bad interaction here and the staff are just so nice!

I normally check my order before leaving. The day I don't, they missed my item. By then you are already home and someone is upset because their order is missing.
