First time stopping at a Chick-fil-A and it was worth it. A Friendly staff member held the door open as I walked in. The food was good and the dining area was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. did not look like typical fast food.

It's Chick fil A! If you don't know what it is you must be living in a cave if you're in the USA.
Polite service. Nice sauce.Parking: Spaces are small. You will see a lot of cars using two spots per car.

Trapped here in the drive thru only to be told we can't get what we want because they're "out of ice cream." What a waste of our whole night. Never seen things moving so slowly. Ridiculous
not sure if management has changed in the past year or so but how do yall keep forgetting my sauce? that's like the easiest part of the job is throwing in sauce. I really don't want to come back again and see my sauce missing so please be more mindful and just check the sauce

I was racially profiled at Chick-fil-A on victory and Fallbrook. The heavyset, black haired girl working in the drive-through, helped every single car, but mine she made me sit there even though I was the next person I had to sit there for five more cars to get their order behind me for someone else to come out and take my order. no words were exchanged between us not a high hello someone would be right out to help you nothing wouldn't even look at me. Chick-fil-A says they are a respectful company. You don't have people working for you who are respectful. Do better

My chicken was pink and was disgusting !!!! So expensive for horrible service , I called and the manager answered and hung up mid call when I tried to resolve the issue , it's always packed and chick fil a is never worth it: the manager garden was rude when I came in person she kept saying she told me information over the phone, but she never did ! Such horrible service I'd rather go to the chick fil a in northridge.

Since this location has been under new management things have been down hill. Let's start with breakfast. I can't tell you how many times we have come to this location well before the end of the breakfast time and they are out of biscuits. Not only are they out of biscuits, but they wait until you sit in the drive-through line for 10 minutes only to find out when you put in your order instead of having someone out there letting people know. Now let's go to lunch. I can't tell you how many times I've pre-ordered in the app only to get inside and have to wait another 15 minutes for them to bag up my food. It's not like there are so many options on the menu that they shouldn't have an eight count of chicken nuggets already ready to go. I don't understand how they have four people bagging food and you still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your mobile order. I'll be going to the one on Roscoe and Topanga from now on.

This is the worst chick fil a that I've been to the service is shit and they made me wait 30 minutes when it wasn't busy and my food came out cold and it looked like they tried to make it in five seconds the workers were very rude 0/10 worst experience in fast food.
