I ordered my burger to be OVERLY well DONE. BURGER was pink YUCK. French fries were overly salted! DOGS should not be allowed in a restaurant. These were not seeing eye dogs.

We were a party of 6 for a birthday. The lady serving us told us 10min wait, they were busy but the parties ahead kept going and getting seated. About 30 min in of waiting, we were seated and still waited an additional of 25min. No one acknowledged us or told us that we were going to be served. I understand the atmosphere was busy but no one acknowledged us nor said the wait was going to take too long. It was very disappointing and of course we were hungry. We decided to leave and still no one took a min to apologize us but they thought that we were leaving without paying when we decided to leave. Oh well, maybe next time.

This chili has done a pretty good job of maintaining food quality. And the soda is always fizzy. Our waiters have been pretty friendly these last few visits. In terms of atmosphere, I can’t say that I loved all of my fellow patrons, but on balance they’ve been pretty good. Otherwise it’s a good ambience… Fitting for Chilis. Also, they usually have baseball entertainment on one of their mini widescreen TVs hanging in the dining area. I like that because it’s baseball season and I try to stay informed.

Ok so first of all i like the customer service but the food was fatal the baby back ribs were not baby back ribbing they were super dry and so small! literally the worst chilis ive been to, and the mac and cheese was very doughy like it was more dough than cheese! never coming back to this LOCATION ever again.

Wish I could give the server Alana 10 stars. She was so sweet and attentive. Food was delicious. We got the 10.99 lunch deals, drinks, soup or salad and the most delicious hamburger. I got mine no bun with asparagus instead of fries. Such a great deal. Such a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.
