I really like this Chuck E. Cheese location. It’s clean, well organized, and great for kids. The new bouncer is a big hit and adds so much fun — the kids absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming, and it’s an easy place to relax while the kids play. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

It was my nephews 4 th birthday we had a 2 hour time slot and when they mean 2 hours they mean 2 hours! I did not pay for this my brother and sister did but for what it was it was a joke at this particular location. I have been to many other locations and I didn't not feel the way they made me feel ever. Hopefully it was just an off day. Chuck only came out once the entire time we were there. I will say there was an ne employee I could see she was trying her hardest to make our stay better then what we were getting. I don't know, if I gotta spend 600+ bucks on a birthday I feel we could of had a better experience. I know I am going to get haters about this saying you only had it for 2 hours but guess what I use to do Skaboarding parties for groups of 15 kids and made their experience the best it can be for a lot less money as well. Just putting that out there. I hope this helps their staff to do better. I for got to mention they were out of Mtn. Dew. Charged 15 bucks for the trampoline and 5 bucks for socks which my nephew is 4 and literally jump for 3 mins. p.s. the link you guys sent does not work. p.s.s lastly a good 6 machines were out of order.

I recently came to this location for a friend's son's birthday. The staff was great. The pizza was good, and they had light beer. Really, the reason this place is getting a 2-star rating is the musty smell. Almost like mold just not be nice. As soon as you walk through the doors, you get slapped with that smell. Even the kids held their noses. You get used to it eventually, but as soon as you go to the restroom and come back out, you smell it. It's so foul. I have a 4-month-old, and this place just lost a future customer. Please, for the safety of kids and employees, change the carpet.

Great lots of fun. Love how it has a jump zone and chucky e. Cheese came out to dance several times while I was there.

Great option for indoor play or meet with friends for a playdate. Good option for kids birthday celebration. Overall is a great value for what they provide. Having the monthly pass ia worth it if you plan to come often and also for the free games. This place is a great alternative to enjoy play time that s not expensive.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday last Saturday, and it was a horrible experience. Our reservation was from 3 to 5 p.m., but when we arrived, the table wasn’t ready. We had to wait 10 minutes. They brought the food at 3:50 p.m., so we had only 1 hour and 10 minutes to celebrate instead of 2 hours.

My daughter chose this place because it had a trampoline. But when the kids went to jump, the attendant said I had to pay an additional $15 per child for “special safety socks”!

Right after the cake time, they told us we had to leave the table because they needed to prepare for the next party. I explained that the kids didn’t even have enough time to eat their cake and that we had waited 45 minutes for two pizzas. They said, “We can move you to a small table” (an unreserved one).

When we started moving our plates to the other table, I realized it wasn’t clean — there were leftover salad pieces and spilled soda on it. My friend spoke with the manager, and he cleaned the table. When I came back to get the kids’ cups, they were all mixed up. I didn’t know which cup belonged to whom. I asked the attendant to replace the cups because she had put all 10 together, and she replied, “You can go to the restroom and wash them!” Really?!

And all that for a $400 package! Never, never again. Stay away, people!

The restaurant’s new motto that they stand by is: I have the right to refuse service to anyone, said by the Manager.

So if you can relate to any of the following statements please do not support this business.

1) I am hungry when I come here
2) I have little patience with a 30 minute transaction to order a pizza when I’m hungry
3) My child is rigid and will become upset if they do not get a certain color prize

The employees here do not want to be here and will give you attitude but if you start questioning anything, they will become rude and abrasive and then refuse to serve you even after you have invested in their summer pass. The management is poorly trained and doesn’t even return phone calls (the GM) Do not even bother calling the guest service corporate number because She does not care. Guests are NOT right EVER and if you start questioning her 3rd grade education you will get hung up on and according to her she is the only person in the office. Nobody really cares how poor your experience was. If you want to pay for overpriced pizza that may be spit on by Austin if you piss him off then this place is for you. If you don’t care about cleanliness this is the perfect place. If you want to pay a bunch of money to be treated bad and not appreciated they take the award. If you want to leave with upset kids because the prize attendant couldn’t take the extra 2 second to pick the orange sucke then be my guest. Don’t forget you’ve been warned...

Attended a birthday there over the weekend. First of all beware of the trampoline/jump house they will charge your $15 to jump in there and five dollars for the socks that was completely ridiculous. A lot of the games were out of order. My son was playing, and when he went to go get pizza the workers told him, they had taken the pizzas away and told him that the pizzas were all done. He never got cake. I wouldn't waste my money.

I have a monthly membership with them. We always go to the Thousand Oaks. Today was the first time we came to the west hills location and had worse experience ever. Brenda the manager made my 6 years old cry. She’s very rude and has the worse customer service. I read of making my 6 years old happy she made her cry.she left us at the cashier for about 20 min. She just left without answering my question or helping me. I asked to speak with someone above her she said she’s the manager and left. Thank u Brenda for making my 6 years old cry instead of making her happy. I’m never ever coming back to this location. It’s a nightmare.

Everything is good, but one machine acts like a scammer, better avoid it. Overall, the place is good.
