My first time coming here I caught a pic and a video of a cockroach climbing up the wall. There was dust everywhere, no paper towels, in the rest room, the entire place wasn’t the cleanest and I don’t plan on going back. The service however, was fairly good, it’s just not clean. Plus with younger kids working til 1:30am it seems a bit weird.

Service is great but the hours need to be changed. It is way too late for young kids to be closing at 1:30 especially when its not the summer. Owners need to change the hours!!!

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery in West Hills and ordered mango and coconut ice cream. While the staff were friendly and the store was clean, the ice cream itself was a huge disappointment. The coconut ice cream didn’t taste like coconut at all—it felt like eating melted ice cream with no distinct flavor. The mango ice cream was sour and had a strange, artificial taste, which made it feel like it was poor quality. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be coming back. Unfortunately, I expected more from Cold Stone.
Parking: This store located in a large shopping center with a lot of parking spaces so you always get a spot.

Cold Stone has my favorite ice cream in the area - and that's even without the toppings. I'll never get enough of the French Vanilla. This location has been here for as long as I can remember and I hope it stays that way!

Horrible. They closed an hour earlier than it says on Google. My ice cream had hair in it. Me and my friends nights are ruined and I would never step foot in this piece of trash ever again. Workers were so rude.
Dietary restrictions: Not good for anyone who has a stomach, horrible food.
The store and tables are so old, restroom is extremely dirty! I’d never ever go back!

This is quite literally the slowest, most inefficienct, and rude cold stone I have ever been to the two tonight moved at speed of a snail. They had to be high on weed definitely wouldn’t recommend this location came on a Monday around 9
