Horrible. They closed an hour earlier than it says on Google. My ice cream had hair in it. Me and my friends nights are ruined and I would never step foot in this piece of trash ever again. Workers were so rude.Dietary restrictions: Not good for anyone who has a stomach, horrible food.

What a filthy disgusting mess. We went and saw dirt and filth all over the counter where the food was, dirt on the floor window sills and shades with the tables. When I looked under the freezer by the door it was covered with dust and dirt that was black. The kids that worked there had no idea about items they were out of. No whip cream with a Trader Joes in there same parking lot. There wasn't a manager or owner present at all and no supervision there at all. Another family was there and very disappointed also. They were in line and in front of us. I contacted the owners rep and explained how disappointed I was. I'd never eat here ever again. F--k this mess of a place.

So been coming to cold stone for years and it never disappoints, but I've been going to Handel's ice cream parlor for the past 4 years and I will continue to do so as it's by far the superior choice. But if I'm out and about and the hankering for ice cream strikes I wouldn't hesitate to grab a cold stone if I'm not around Handel's

They close at 10:30pm. I'm here at 9:30pm and it's closed yet online says open?? Very misunderstanding. Just wanted some Oreo ice cream for my pregnant wife. Now she's mad at me and won't talk to me because she didn't get her ice cream. I hope it was worth it.

Ordered a birthday cake for two birthdays at one party on Wednesday and pickup on Saturday the night of the party. Go there for pickup and waited twenty minutes they couldn't find ordered cake. Finally the young manager comes out with no cake just a routine apology can't find order or cake. Offered half price blank one and will decorate Happy Birthday on cake. It was better than nothing from a dysfunctional store. They don't accept credit card payments online.

I had a good experience, staff are super friendly and the service is great. Dog friendly, the employee made us feel welcomed, she even gave me a pupcup for my dog. ??

This is quite literally the slowest, most inefficienct, and rude cold stone I have ever been to the two tonight moved at speed of a snail. They had to be high on weed definitely wouldn’t recommend this location came on a Monday around 9

Went to get ice cream and it was closed at 10:00pm when online and on the door it said 10:30pm
I had gone 15 minutes before closing with my family and the second I had arrived I had gotten bad stares from both employees working. There was a kid with a beanie that helped most of us out and he was slamming our cups on counter. He left us big chunks in our ice cream which I had never experienced that before. The other guy that was working was more welcoming but over all I had a horrible experience. I understand that we were a big party before closing but it's not fair for customers to be feeling the way we were. I would NEVER recommend this place. And I WILL be contacting a manager as soon as possible!

Something cold for a cold rainy night! Had to get ice cream. Haven't been here in such a very long time. But decided to stop in. We got caught in the rush. Many people were there. But service was great and quick. Ordered the Love it size of Birthday Cake Mix to share with my son. We substituted the brownies for marshmallows. It was a larger serving and delicious.

I come here all the time usually great service except for this one girl who works there and always has a very bad attitude and is always talking to her coworkers this last time I was so fed up I asked one of the boys for her name I believe it was Maddie you guys really need to think about finding someone else some employees really kill businesses I won't be coming back here and I will be telling others to try different locations

This Coldstones Needs an Refurbishing ASAP. It smells bad and is falling apart!!!! Must have a cheap owner - ice cream is good but a total dump!!! Please fix it up!!! Great service but it's falling apart
