very nice place but bad service. I ordered a drink and a Dubai strawberry cup. i had to tell the cashier three times what size i wanted and it took 30 minutes to come out. All four workers were just chatting behind the counter the whole time instead of making the orders and by the time i got my drinks it was cold and made wrong. my matcha with regular milk was incredibly sweet for some reason and my strawberries had barely any pistachio on it. very disappointing especially for over $30

Loved the grilled chicken panini and affogato espresso! Very nice atmosphere, cute cafe and great staff. Highly recommended
The atmosphere is great . The staff is very rude if they do speak English . My food was cold and service was non existent . The waiter dropped my food on the table and before I could ask for utensils she walked away . I had a sandwich and a drink which came out to $34 . The bathrooms were not clean and are single stall .

Not one to post bad reviews but very disappointing. I asked for a strawberry banana Nutella with powdered sugar and this is clearly not what I asked for. $18 for just this is crazy to me and this isn’t the first time they mess my to go orders. Idk what’s happening. Should have gone back for a remake but the 5 employees seemed busy chitchatting.
Happy I found a local spot open late with great food. Great service

I came to LA for the weekend and heard about Crave Café, so I had to check it out — and wow, I loved it! 😍
The food was amazing, and the service was incredible. Everyone was so welcoming — from the owner to the entire staff, they truly make you feel at home. 🫶
The hookah was also on point, with so many different flavors to choose from, and the atmosphere was super chic and relaxing. 💨✨
So happy I got to visit this amazing spot — it definitely made my LA stay even better! 💛

CAFE DE OLLA IS TERRIBLE! Food is okay, $30 just for 1 person. Small sandwhich, terrible cafe de olla. Straight up drinking milk & sour foam. Gave me only like 5 chips on the side 👎. But I’m grateful to be able to have a meal and try it but never coming again lol

I’m not usually someone who craves for capes, but I do enjoy a good natural juice. The food at Craves was great — no complaints there — but the natural juice was a huge disappointment. My carrot and orange juice had absolutely no flavor, and for $9, that’s unacceptable.
I spoke with the manager, Ruth, who bombarded me with several unnecessary questions instead of simply addressing the issue. After explaining that the juice had no taste, she told me there were no refunds and the only thing she could offer was another of the same juice — which made no sense since we were already done eating.
It’s ridiculous that a restaurant charging $150 for a meal can’t take responsibility for a bad $9 drink. That kind of customer service shows a complete lack of care or professionalism. A simple acknowledgment or fair solution would have gone a long way, but instead, I walked away disappointed and frustrated.

I used to love, love crave cafe and have been to nearly all locations. I am deeply disappointed lately. It is difficult to secure it as a study space anymore. You took out all charging ports, the staff seem very confused to basic questions, the food service poor. Overall, my day was ruined because of them.

First time and last time. Came in to place an order for two drinks and a slice of cheesecake, we’re told that the patio wasn’t open anymore before we even began to order at 12:05. Entire staff watched us, Eliseo asked if we were done with the cheesecake that we had not even halfway finished, easy confusion. We said we were still enjoying it. Julissa quickly came up to tell us that they’re closing at 12:50… ten minutes before they close(not quite sure what difference that made). She started to sweep around where we were sitting, clearly trying to let us know that they indeed were doing closing duties. I sat there confused and honestly offended as someone who has worked food service and hospitality for 8 years, my bosses wouldn’t let me make a paying customer feel forced out. Then comes another employee out of the bathroom and he throws his hands up in the air in irritation(?) to see us still seated at 12:44. My husband asked for names and came back to let me know their patio was still half full of guests. As we walked out at 12:49, Eliseo asked if everything was okay and I honestly replied “no not at all” and the rest of the guests were welcome to stay seated till 1am. Not worth the time or the money. I understand wanting to close on time or even early but making a guest feel unwelcome or borderline uncomfortable is disgusting.
