I used to like coming here to study and eat because they stay open late but they are so greedy and they removed all the outlets so as a student I can’t even come here to do work or study anymore.

So I ordered a chai latte with the cake and after 20 minutes, they came to me and said unfortunately we do not have that cake but you can either choose one of these cakes or I can give you a refund. I said OK perfect how about I get the other cake and she said oh unfortunately the other cake is like two dollars extra and I cannot just give you that one. Will they already charge me about $15 for just piece of a cake so I told them OK let me get a refund instead of that because you’re not wanna give me two dollars discount and you made me wait for 20 minutes and not getting me any cakes.

We gad the Nutella strawberry crepe. It was just ok.
The person who brought our food, Eliseo, was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Crave cafe is such a vibe. Samir is great and makes sure everyone is comfy. Before I get to the food let’s start with the basics. It is located in a major complex area so there is sufficient parking outside. You can choose to sit indoor or outdoor. I believe they have WiFi access (I didn’t use it so feel free to confirm first). Now for the food. I had the Nutella Croissant and it was so chocolatey and delicious. I couldn’t resist the Thai tea with boba. I’m still on my quest for the best Thai tea with boba in LA so I had to try theirs. It’s definitely up there. I also had the bbq chicken pizza which I took home to finish. They have salads, sandwiches, and just generally a good selection of food and treats. I recommend Crave cafe in west hills.

I cannot begin to express how utterly disgusted I am with my experience at Crave Cafe. I was going through one of the hardest times of my life—caring for my dying father at West Hills Hospital—and all I needed was a simple meal to get through the night. Instead, I was met with disgraceful service and appalling treatment.

First off, the food is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I paid $20 for a mediocre burger that was barely worth half that. If you're looking for quality and value, do yourself a favor and go to In-N-Out or Fatburger—they'll give you more for your money, and you'll actually enjoy your meal.

After eating, I needed to use the bathroom, which took me a bit since I’d been at the hospital all day. While in there, I heard a violent knocking on the door—loud, aggressive, and unsettling, like a serial killer was trying to break in. I was startled and uncomfortable, especially given the circumstances.

When I finally finished, I was met with hostility from the staff. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at me with suspicion and unfriendly looks. They acted as if I was doing something wrong just for being in the bathroom a little longer than expected. The way I was treated—like a criminal or junkie—was beyond unacceptable. I was vulnerable, exhausted, and grieving, and instead of compassion, I received judgment and hostility.

This place has no respect for its customers, especially those going through difficult times. I will never set foot in Crave Cafe again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Find a place where you're treated with dignity and kindness, not suspicion and cruelty.

The place says its serves halal but it is not worth it. I do not think they heat or cook it separately from the bacon. Even the paninis not sure if they heat sandwiches separately from sandwiches with non halal items.

This place is over priced.

Most of our food was served cold. For example the omelettes--the eggs were over cooked and the veggies inside were cold and raw. For the chicken pesto panini the chicken was cold like it was pulled out of the fridge. The bread was lukewarm...so not really a hot panini. Also makes you realize chicken is not freshly made.

Nutella strawberry crepe was undercooked.

Service sucked. The lady served us an order at our table that was not our order and then picked it back up realizing it was for a different table. The other lady was unsure if the fresh juices were for us, makes me feel like they didnt have proper protocol to wait tables. Then when she brought our actual food she knocked over the salt and you know how typically a waitress would say sorry about that and pick up the salt shaker...yep not this one.

Not once did they bother to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They say free refills on house coffee but they never came around to refill our cups. We had to literally get up from our table walk over and ask for more coffee and then the lady would make a face as if we were committing a crime.

They didnt even bother to ask if we needed to go boxes for our food.

So I would suggest not to tip. And mind you our party spent over $200 with tip so you would think they would take care of us. Would not return and would not recommend this place.

Had an amazing time at Crave! The food was great, but what really stood out was Samir’s hospitality. Super friendly, made us feel right at home, and took care of everything with a smile. Definitely coming back – thanks, Samir!

I loved seating outside and the chill vibes they had. You can order inside then you find a table and sit. They serve hookah outside in the patio. I had the signature burger plus the chicken pesto panini. I highly recommend the panini. They have fresh juices which is amazing to see as you might not find that in a lot of lounges of caffees
