I really hope the owner of The West Hills location reads this review. For the last few months the employees at this store do not work, they mess around and delay orders on purpose until they can cancel the order. It’s pointless for anyone to order from this location because it will just get cancelled. I honestly do not believe the franchise owner is aware of what’s going on at the west hills dominos.

This place is the worst! The staff are incredibly rude. I placed my order, and then they called to say their app had an issue and the pickup window was closed — so they had to deliver it instead. Then, unbelievably, they wanted to charge me for the delivery, even though it was entirely their fault! I still don’t understand how the pickup window could be closed after placing an order. They didn’t even try to offer free delivery to make up for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable service!

I ordered late night pizza and i found out that the driver Cristan was the only one working at the store while having to prep, make, accept orders, and deliver all of these by himself. Dominos do better and don’t short staff your store because of labor costs.

This dominos is the worst one. Every time I placed an order I got the food almost 2 hours later and the food was cold as ice in this weather in January. I was calling them few times no one picked up.Very disappointed

I made an online order at 10:50pm for delivery. They called me for literally 1 second then the call ended before I could answer. I got an email saying my order was cancelled and to call the store for the reason. I tried called about 5 times and someone picked up and hung up intell the 5th time they just let it ring. I decided to go to the store so around 11pm I arrived and what do you know there’s two employees there. I talked to the manager who said his name was Matthew and he said they were closed. Ok cool why does the website, app, and even your front door say you are open intell midnight then? Why are you still taking orders? I have received no refund and will be issuing a charge back on my card in the morning when the bank opens.
I even added a picture of the said manager locked up after I left. The picture are time stamped 11:11pm

Delivery never arrived but said complete on the app. Waited twenty minutes after “complete” came up then called the store. The person who answered said he would call the driver, I never heard back. I gave it another twenty minutes after that, same person answered and was surprised the order wasn’t there still. Get your dominos from Independence and Sherman Way if your in the area

BEWARE This by far the worst domino's I live 3 to 4 minutes away and it took 1,5 hours to get delivered and the it was cold boxes were all wilted and soggy pizza boxes ordered at 12:05 pm pizza was out of oven at 12:24 pm I call at 12:45 pm was told 5 minutes called back at 1:00 pm and was told 4 more minutes pizza was finally delivered at 1:25pm cold called the store he said he will remake the pizzas come and pick up in ten minutes when I arrived he asked for the cold pizzas I told him he never told me to bring the cold pizza the got very angry and started shouting instead of getting physical I just left the store now I see why this domino's has such bad reviews
