I recommend to go somewhere else, their customer service is poor, they only cater to you when they want a good tip. The female manager is loud on her personal phone talking about her active love life. Extremely unprofessional!

Gave this place another try after terrible service a few months back and things are just as bad if not worse. Bad customer service, subpar food quality and racial undertones felt as more attention given to others.. and rude, incomplete non-prioritized lack of service given to us and another party who arrived well before others and they were served first! Very different from the business when it first began in this neighborhood which served in a business appropriate manner. The entry doors, walls, and interior floors, ceiling, and tables were dirty and clearly would not pass a health inspection! And, upon exit, rodent pellets were viewed near the front entrance/exit by myself and my party, we NEVER would have entered if we saw this upon entering!! Corporate contacted as the management who has been notified by many via my research does not care nor, opt to make the changes needed to service all in this community, not just customers based on their personal preference. Research had also discovered that many previous positive reviews were falsely created by those directly connected to employees and management of this location to maintain it's operations here even under these terrible conditions. This location of IHOP will not last from what I understand and plans are in the works for a major change thankfully that is long overdue.

My mother went to this ihop and there was no one there but made sure they sat her next to the kitchen. When she got up to pay the manger rudely told her to pay at the table and then proceeded to follow her around like she was going to run out without paying. Just a bad, racist experience and i would recommend going to another ihop.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The blue-haired hostess welcomed me warmly, and I didn't have to wait for my table. The waitress, Alma, arrived with a friendly smile, and I asked her for some menu suggestions. I decided on the French toast combo with coffee. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare, everything was hot, and I would definitely return to this establishment.

Absolutely awful... I had been seeing the billboards all over town advertising pancakes for $6. This particular weekday, my family wanted breakfast but any place that does not offer all day breakfast had already stopped serving a half hour before - so I suggested we go to iHop for the $6 pancakes. 2 adults & 2 kids - almost $100 (including tip). The eggs were runny, the sausage not cooked enough, hash browns were soggy & you could taste the fat on the ham. Plus I have never cared for iHop's coffee to begin with. Even during the meal we joked that we would have enjoyed a McDonald's breakfast much more. And the waitress was rude on top of it. She could at least have told us that we would have to pay full price to order a shake with the kids meal. Let's put it this way... Never again.

Love IHop. Everything about IHop is the best ever. I usually get the pancakes with the chocolate chips inside. It is the best. The service is immaculate and they are always willing to modify your pancake. I also love how they have branched out into TONS of other foods as well! Almost any imaginable breakfast (or lunch lowkey) food is there. It's really fun to look through their menue for 15 minutes and then order the same thing you did last time. Service is fast, orange juice is good, better than Waffle House. Parking is great, and the place if nice and clean. 10/🧇, would recommend, go to IHop, dont wait
