Boba Time is the best! Huge shoutout to Jhaden, Sebastian, Elizabeth, Mary, and the rest of the staff—they are all so friendly, nice, and accommodating. You can see how hardworking they are, and they always make every visit a great experience. And of course, their bobas are always a hit—delicious! Truly one of my favorite spots thanks to the amazing team!

This store is the legit GOAT of boba spots. One of my favs in the area. It’s always tasty and they always do my order right (I’ve been coming here for ~4 years). I always order the house milk tea for myself, and when I go with my grandpa I get him the coconut smoothie with almond milk and reduced sugar. If you’re craving boba I’d recommend here!

Online order, Walked in my açaí was left out and melted. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to remake it. Ruined my meal waiting for me. Also açaí was still melted and sloppy.

Gave me the wrong drink, and when I confronted him, he told me I was confused. I get this drink every single time…I think he was confused. He then proceeded to replace my drink with ANOTHER incorrect drink. I just took it and left, it was not worth it. Waste of money and time. If you want your order correct, make sure to order at the self serve instead of at the register. This happened ten minutes ago, and he was the only man working.

If you purchase a gift card, please make sure that the gift card they provide you has an actual balance. I purshed a gift card and I was given a card with zero balance. Customer support and the management team where no help at all.
