I came in to get a drink yesterday and was served a drink by someone who apparently works there but did not have any Jamba Juice clothing on I believe they’re name was vay (short light skinned girl with glasses) and when they walked in the store they did not wash they’re hands which is very unsanitary I don’t think that this Jamba Juice is clean if the so called workers don’t wash hands before serving customers this was a terrible experience please have employees come to work in proper apparel so customers know who to ask for help

They recommended adding a shot of ginger in my smoothie and OMG!! Life changing. Im hooked on this smoothie! The friendliness of the staff had me leaving with a smile. Thank you! OMG!!! Took me a while to look for this place because they moved across the street. Btw the fruits were very fresh. My favorite is the coco whip with granola, banana, strawberry, and honey. And the green juice goes great with a warm waffle. My favorite place and always.

We were helped by a great guy, Sian, who was really customer service oriented. He was new to the store. The manager was a guy named Jordan who was loudly verbally trying to humiliate Sian and make fun of him in front of customers for being new. It was a real bummer.

Almost everything on their menu has banana as a main ingredient, but they almost never have banana in stock and ask you if you want to sub the banana with something else! It’s happened like 4 times in the last 2 months. Not going back ..

The prices are pretty expensive and they don’t even fill up the cup to the size you ordered. I’ve gone to other places and got a bigger size because they made too much but not enough is just ridiculous. Make it again if you mess up that’s not my problem.
