Jersey Mike's Subs

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt by returning a few times after I noticed that they’ve greatly reduced the size of the sandwiches. The meat is now three think slices as opposed to the generous mountains they used to give. What used to be a large handful of lettuce is now 1/4 of that. 3 circles of onion and they always ask if I’d like the bacon and avocado when I order a sandwich which is specifically that sandwich because it has bacon and avocado. It’s like asking if you’d like the tuna fish when you order a tuna fish sandwich. The old guy is clearly the owner of this location and cuts every corner he can to lower the value of the sandwich. I’m through. It’s too bad. It used to be a good place to eat.

I need to stop ordering on-line at this location. They do NOT follow the notes or special instructions or anything on the on-line order and seem to always get the order wrong. Today was no exception. I unchecked the boxes for condiments and asked in special notes/instructions for them to be on the side as the sandwich was for someone I am picking up at the airport. That way the sandwich didn't get soggy. And sure enough - they put it on the bread. The guy said....I can make it over, but didn't bother since I needed to get on the road to get to the airport. NO more tips for Jersey Mike's anywhere upon ordering. I will bring cash and IF the order is made correctly (obviously not at this location since I won't be going back), I will give a tip then. So disappointing.

There are couple kids working in this place with poor attitude. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

They made my order wrong and they put half the amount of meat. I normally get. They think people are stupid. I paid Almost $20 for a sandwich that was mainly bread. I guess this is one place I’ll never come again. I told the manager and he just gave me a song and dance. No one likes being taken advantage of. Plenty of other places to go eat. This will not be one of them from now on.

This location sucks! Terrible service at night, employees dont want to work .. plus they close the grill way before closing.. several other locations near by to choose from..skip this place!

The best sandwich shop their is. Clean store, friendly service and. Great food! They make it the way you want it!

They are sloppy, every beverage from the soda machine tastes weird, and they almost always get my order wrong.

The manager(s) or the OWNER of this fallbrook/vanowen shop needs to really check the reviews out of this location, you're giving Jersey Mike's a bad name...TEACH your employees about being sanitary when preparing food for the public, stop using dirty over used rags to wipe your sandwich prep cutting board down and definetly CHANGE YOUR GLOVES after touching dirty rags and before touching a customer's sandwhich..You may not care what you eat bit most of us aren't teen males..ITS CALLED GROSS! This store needs some goid trainimg..but this was my last time coming here...SMDH nasty

On 12/18 around 3pm a grotest manager around the age of 50 -65 denied my grandmother service over a mistake made on behalf of the staff. As there was a mistake made on my sandwich she did not seem to want to deal with it and refused any solution to the issue. When i arrived at the store she proceeds to tell me that the sandwich was a different than what was ordered even though she has been ordering the same thing for years. However when I walked into the building i noticed how displeasing this woman looked. From the bags under her eyes to her stained teeth and unwashed closed , i had a revelation that if she was determined to throw her life away for this corporation over $10 i was going to gain nothing. it was an awful experience but im sure its nothing compared to what she puts her staff through every day.

this place is a joke, don’t even bother choosing your bread because you always get the wheat one. get your order delivered and give your driver extra tip because these people really enjoy ignoring their customers and once they finally notice you all 3 of them will ask you one by one what’s your name just to make sure that your sandwich (that supposed to be ready for pick up 5 mins ago) is still not ready and then they just go hide at the back
