OMG I went to this location because the other locations are not that clean .so I thought that this will be a really good one. Because It was located next to my old neighborhood! Guess what it was becoming a nightmare. I ordered my food and I soon as I went to the second window there was this African-American girl that wanted to give me ice cream and I said that’s not my order but I did not say it in a bad way. I just wanted to let her know don’t make a mistake and guess what she turned around and she told me why are you rude. I swear to God, I wasn’t even rude. Honestly, fast food and restaurants are becoming my biggest nightmare. managers incorporate don’t do anything. I used to work at a jewelry store. Guess what if a client walks in and I don’t say hi. I would get her write up right there. these days no one even care nobody even care that how you feel and how they make you feel. manager from this location I swear to God he was so busy that he was not even about to go up to that girl and tell her what the heck is your problem this is just ridiculous. nobody cares these days. It’s OK then on write my review if they don’t care, I will never ever ever never ever come back to this location or McDonald. I am traumatized because of that woman I did not do anything, and she was going to slap me in the face, shame on you guys shame on you shame shame shame, shame

Very Important Person
I just moved to this area a few months ago and the handful of times I've been to this McDonald's have made me really despise this location. No one cares, the food stinks, they ignore you at the counter so if you need anything (eg salt, napkins) you literally have to shout at them to get their attention. The wifi is super spotty so I can't work on my laptop very easily. Most of the staff that I have dealt with have a vaguely surely, fed-up attitude, and I notice that with other customers too, so it's not just me.Tonight is the last straw, as the fries I'm eating are overcooked and hard, and I don't feel like sending them back because I already complained that the coke machine was running out of syrup. It shouldn't be too hard for the fry cook to see that his fries are too old and to make a fresh batch, come on. Maybe that's how management chooses to save money, I dunno. But I'm done with this location.

They have a register at front but they make you go to kiosk and then make another line to pay I wasted my 30 minutes lunch there waiting for someone to help me they take priority on drive thru more then walk in and they make $20 dollars an hour .I would rather have a person help me then a stupid machine

In the ares decided to stop for a frappe. The location near me has not had them for over a month (machine broken) again. Friendly service at drive thru, great frappe, good cheeseburger and fast service. Thank you! Would stop in again if I'm ever in the area.Two thumbs up.
