What's going on with this location? 0 stars should be an option. This has been my neighborhood froyo since 2018 but things have been terrible lately. Has there been an ownership change? Today they didn't even have the normal size bowls and were out of soooo many flavors, again! Toppings???? Don't even bother, where's the health department? @Yogurtland, can you take this over???

1 star 1 word... Gross. Walls had ice cream running down from the machines. Most toppings were questionable in texture or appearance. No sauces worked, either empty or inoperable. Employee seems shocked when we questioned the state of things. They may have been high on goofball. Fallbrook? More like FAILbrook. Avoid if possible.

You have to question the food quality when the service and ambiance are both lacking. Poorly written signs with old tape stuck to the door and service isn't available at 3:00 pm on a Saturday.

This location is the worst Menchies ever. Don't bother with their hours cause whatever is posted on their door and online is the wrong times. They close whenever they want it seems. I've tried going at 5pm and there was a note said be back in 30 also just tried to go there and the guy was closing up with 30 minutes till close. This location sucks and I know they make so much money so they don't care I guess idk I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

If you're looking for some good frozen yogurt this Menchie's spot is bomb! I got coffee and vanilla flavors with pineapple blueberries toppings and chocolate and peanut butter on top - the best combination! And as always great service!
We niece and nephew's favorite "ice cream" spot. They are obsessed with the hard shell chocolate and the different flavors. I love that it's clean and the staff is always nice. Whenever we do a movie date I try to get them us an extra treat before or after the movie.

The kids favorite ice cream place. They always change up the flavor but keep the gummy bear and the shell chocolate toppings, lol. I like to keep it simple with the classic tart flavor and fruit toppings. We also got a birthday cake from here last year and was actually very good.

Nope nope nope! When i brought my son here for a snack Jesus christ not sure if they were spoiled or what but they did not taste right!! I hope you guys are frequently changing the ice cream yogurt because that's unacceptable!
