I ordered a matcha frappuccino light ice and less sugar and light milk The lady said she can't cut sugar and she gave it with lots of ice and less matcha and not full and you can't drink it because it's just nothing on it like bubble

Fast service... No drive thru... Starbucks quality all over
made this my regular spot since my local store on platt is THE WORST. i make my lil daily 3 min drive and walk in to pick up my drink and get greeted by name by at least 1 member of the staff if not more.. that alone makes me feel like my patronage actually matters and that is missing from a lot of businesses these days. thankfully, i can get a good vibe and a friendly HI! to go with my CORRECTLY made drink at this location. A refreshing and awesome way to start your day-???from a daily starbeez drinker and lover of GREAT customer service??????
Dietary restrictions: plenty of milk and sugar substitutes, some gf options
I got the pink drink and was missing a quarter of my drink and when I asked them if they could add more coconut milk to fill it up, they told me they won’t because I got no ice. The stupid thing is the Starbucks on platt has always filled up my drink to the top when I got no ice.
