This is my go to Starbucks because it has the nicest baristas and it's a great location. I stopped in today for my usual and WOW! They now have the coolest outdoor furniture and many different seating options. I am so digging this WAY COOL vibe they've got going on and I'd love to take pictures to show you but all the people sitting outside may not want to be in a pic. Go check out this great location of great employees, great coffees and the coolest outdoor seating ever!

I want to share my experience from today because it affected my health in a serious way. I am allergic or extremely sensitive to coffee, and whenever I drink anything containing coffee or coffee extracts, I experience severe anxiety, rapid heartbeat, and jittery hands. For this reason, I always order drinks without any coffee.
Today, I specifically ordered a White Hot Chocolate – Grande Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, clearly requesting no coffee, no espresso, no coffee products at all. Even the label on the cup showed exactly that. Despite this, something was clearly made incorrectly, because shortly after drinking it, I started experiencing all the symptoms I get when exposed to coffee. It has now been over four hours, and I am still dealing with a high heart rate and intense anxiety.
This was a very uncomfortable and alarming experience, and I want to kindly but firmly ask the staff to please pay close attention when preparing drinks, especially for customers who have sensitivities or allergies. A simple mistake can seriously affect someone’s health.
I hope this feedback helps improve accuracy and prevents this from happening to others in the future.

Just terrible customer service. I won't name the person, But it looked like they had a bad day and they were just taking it out on the customer. Twenty minutes for two lattes. I was the only customer.

I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, not only did it take them way too long to make, it also tasted absolutely horrendous. I like starbucks‘s matchas or i wouldn‘t have ordered it. I am very dissapointed!!!!

Accidentally ordered to the wrong location but a worker was kind enough to remake my order with no charge. Exemplary and fast service, the ladies working here are the sweetest and so hospitable (even during rush hours….)!

I ran across this location by accident...I never expected one to be in a Target store. While they seem to offer the full menu, there are some differences compared to a stand alone store. At any rate, the drinks are ok, and the service is friendly if not particularly quick.

The staff on duty today 1/12/22 was rude. As i walked towards the door a young african american male stood by the door and immediately said sorry we just closed while they had more customers inside. There is different times of operations. I come from work tired after a long day for them to not acknowlendge a healthcare worker. I think it was rude of his part.
