Not very pleased with the service I received tonight. Its understandable that some machinery is turned off before the night due to it being almost closing hours, but that DOESN'T mean you treat the customers with disrespect! Please discipline your staff.

I have enjoyed Starbucks for as long as I can remember. I always love the choices I have of coffee drinks and pastries too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I miss the "creamer kiosks" where you can put in your choice of sweeteners and half & half. I know it's probably because of health and safety concerns, but hopefully someday they will return.

The staff on duty today 1/12/22 was rude. As i walked towards the door a young african american male stood by the door and immediately said sorry we just closed while they had more customers inside. There is different times of operations. I come from work tired after a long day for them to not acknowlendge a healthcare worker. I think it was rude of his part.
Horrible location. STAY FAR AWAY. They don't have any ingredients to make any of their advertised drinks, if you need a receipt, you better ask for one at the time you order or they can't give you one without having to call guest services which takes 15-20 mins. The staff is clueless and doesn't comprehend very well. All around MESS!

At the time of posting this review I see this particular Starbucks location has 14 reviews and one and a half stars ratings. Just how terrible and inconsiderate do you have to be to earn such low rating average?!? Well after today's bad experience at this please I realized they apparently just don't give a damn, so for whatever it's worth, from today on instead of buying my coffee here, there's another Starbucks inside Ralph's less than two walking minutes away.. I'll be getting my coffee at the other Starbucks for sure!

I rarely come to this Starbucks because it seems so much slower than others. I will drive out of the way for another location. But I was shopping at another store there so decided to do a mobile order. It said drinks would be ready by 12:08pm. Perfect! I know it's busy so by the time I got there was 12:10. I Went in to check and 2 drinks were there ready. GREAT. Just waiting on the 3rd one. And waiting and waiting... the cup was sitting on the counter. Not being touched. More mobile orders are being made more in person drinks. I mention that I believe that is my other drink that I'm waiting for. I'm told they'll get right on it. I deliver the 2 drinks I have to my sister waiting in the car. Go back in and the cup is still there un touched. Finally 16 min after I got the 1st 2 drinks my 3rd was handed to me. The barista that handed it to me did apologize for the wait.
