Rolled into this Subway in West Hill not expecting anything crazy — it’s Subway after all. But you know what? When a chain does the basics right, it deserves some love.
I grabbed a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki 6-inch and a Celsius. Sandwich came out exactly how you want it: fresh veggies, warm bread, that sweet onion sauce pulling everything together. Simple, but satisfying.
Here’s the curveball — no restroom inside. Instead, they handed me a giant wooden stick with “Subway” written on it (classic) and sent me next door. Honestly, I braced for the worst, but the bathroom was super clean — bright, tidy, and no funky smell. Way better than I expected.
Inside the shop it’s straight-up Subway: cookie case calling your name, chips lined up, soda fountain ready to go. Service was quick, the guy behind the counter kept it moving, and the vibe was low-key. Outside, they’ve got tables under the trees if you’d rather sit in the shade and eat fresh.
Bottom line — nothing fancy, no surprises, but they hit every note I came for. Fast service, good food, clean bathroom situation. That’s a 5-star Subway stop in my book.

I went in on Sunday evening and the service was absolutely terrible. Girl that was helping me had headphones in her ear and kept talking on the phone while she was helping me with my order. I have never seen service like this anywhere.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and a tuna sandwich footlong. Ordered online and then picked up , went home and ate my food . As soon as I ate my food , my first bite was heaven and both sandwiches tasted amazing . Definitely recommended this subway! Don’t go to the one on platt they suck

Haven't been back till now since I had a gift card. Everything looks old and disgusting still, never got cilantro back since covid. I told them just slightly heated. She heated so much my bread was burnt and hard. I couldn't even eat it.

Have tried three times to place order through app, each time they didn't have the order. So now I place my order in person. But today was the last time. I get treated rudely on a regular basis, today being no exception, when the bread is toasted, the edges are hard, and overall the atmosphere is unfriendly. I work across the street so it's convenient, but I won't be back. I work hard for my money and would rather give it to someone who is appreciative.

This is the absolute worst subway I have ever visited. The staff is extremely rude, constantly talking with each other in a different language while you are trying to communicate with them. It feels as though they are just talking poorly of you and their attitude confirms that. The bread is stale and employees are very sloppy with making a sandwich. This is sandwich making, not rocket science. The fact that this place has remained in business with their staff completely baffles me. I will not be returning and please do not waste your time. There are plenty of other options available just down the street. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Messy and no customer service and such an attitude here. I wish I would've read the previous comments. Came to grab lunch for the family after my Dr appointment and chose here since it's in the complex area of these hospitals. They are messy with making the sandwiches, slaps ingredients into the sandwich as if they're mad at you. Super stingy with the ingredients, the lettuce is old and dry, careless about touching pork and other meats and they don't even ask if you have allergies to change gloves.They need to do a deep cleaning of their environment. They need to be trained for customer service skills and HOW to properly make sandwiches. The food area is clean but the register and the plexi glass have layers of dirt. So disgusting for a food place.

Went to use a coupon that recently received in the mail. they denied the coupon saying the sandwiches i wanted to order were excluded from the coupon. the coupon listed what was excluded and the sandwiches i was ordering where not listed. This place seems to just make up what coupons they want to accept. It is clear that they just except the coupons for the cheapest items on the menu.
