Worst customer service ever at tis place.i est here at this store weeky. I will call manager before I post maybe that Indian lady was having bad day . I know I did after that no dinner

I never leave bad reviews. But I feel like I have to this time. the costumer service here is awful. There was a glitch in the online ordering system and I received an error notification multiple times saying my order could not go through. Later in the day I checked my email saying the sandwiches were ready. When I asked the employee if they still had my sandwiches, she said yes they were sitting out all day and I could pick it up. When I asked her for a refund given that I was not ready to eat a sandwich that was out for many hours they refused. There's not that many options in the area but just have your food delivered from somewhere else in my opinion.

Have tried three times to place order through app, each time they didn't have the order. So now I place my order in person. But today was the last time. I get treated rudely on a regular basis, today being no exception, when the bread is toasted, the edges are hard, and overall the atmosphere is unfriendly. I work across the street so it's convenient, but I won't be back. I work hard for my money and would rather give it to someone who is appreciative.

This is the absolute worst subway I have ever visited. The staff is extremely rude, constantly talking with each other in a different language while you are trying to communicate with them. It feels as though they are just talking poorly of you and their attitude confirms that. The bread is stale and employees are very sloppy with making a sandwich. This is sandwich making, not rocket science. The fact that this place has remained in business with their staff completely baffles me. I will not be returning and please do not waste your time. There are plenty of other options available just down the street. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Several visits to this location over the years. Always a hit or miss on the lack of customer service, pronounced attitude, and lack of helpfulness. Untrained, disrespectful when simple questions are asked that they should know the answer to on behalf of the franchise! Today's incident, and last time I will go there the twenty something East Indian girl harassed me at the final check out stating, "you did not show me you had a coupon so I have to charge you extra"...What? Customary procedure at service provider industries is to accept the coupon "AT" checkout...no additional charge! She argued with me, adamant that she was correct. She would not return my coupon to me which made me even more angry as I walked out without the food I requested for a disabled family member.

I work across the street. Never went back till now since I had a gift card. Everything looks old and disgusting still, never got cilantro back since 2020. I told them just slightly heated. She heated so much my bread was burnt and hard. I didn't even eat it.

Messy and no customer service and such an attitude here. I wish I would've read the previous comments. Came to grab lunch for the family after my Dr appointment and chose here since it's in the complex area of these hospitals. They are messy with making the sandwiches, slaps ingredients into the sandwich as if they're mad at you. Super stingy with the ingredients, the lettuce is old and dry, careless about touching pork and other meats and they don't even ask if you have allergies to change gloves.They need to do a deep cleaning of their environment. They need to be trained for customer service skills and HOW to properly make sandwiches. The food area is clean but the register and the plexi glass have layers of dirt. So disgusting for a food place.

I was so hesitant to get food here because ALL subway locations have truly gone down hill in the last 2 yrs. The produce is not fresh. everything Is frozen and thawed out everyday. The quality of subway has gone down hill. However I was getting labs done and only had 5 min until my next appt so against my better judgement I stopped here. The ladies working were really nice. Service was good HOWEVER there was a long piece of hair sitting on the vegetable container. OMG. So disgusting and clearly out of the 3 women working I was the only one who see it or even cared. I think anyone who deals with food should be required to wear a hair net and gloves! No matter where you work.

These 2 server latina should be ashamed, I order a pastrami and they laugh thier a** out saying they've not serving pastrami for 5yrs now,,, well u can say that in nice way that u dont serve pastrami in ur branch anymore and not laughing in my face bcoz i ask for pastrami,,,Better to order in topanga and roscoe subway branch , they have nice pple there and they have pastrami and complete menuVery rude server latinas in this branch!

DAMN this is the nastiest subway I've ever ate at, I had doctors appointment near there and I wasn't feeling well so I decided to pop in and get a sand which.When I waked in I could see the all the meats didnt look fresh and it looked off. I still went an ordered a 6inch turkey and a bag of Doritos for 9 bucks. I got home took bite and it was straight nasty so I threw the sub out basically paid 9 bucks for a small bag of Doritos. I only go to the one on Topanga once in a while but now Im done with this chain for good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP ON MEDICAL DRIVE CENTER. NASTY

I called ahead of time and asked if I could order for pick up as I don't have a lot of time for my lunch break, The lady said yes and when I proceeded to tell her the simplest of orders she wrote it down asked for my name and said thank you she will have it ready. Imagine my annoyance when I show up to my order not being ready and her starting it as I went to pay. I then shockingly asked her if she was just starting it (spicy Italian meat with just tomatoes and avocado) , she said yes I told her I called ahead of time and she so casually said sorry mam we are very busy ( looks around and no one is here and her coworker is just stocking chips) I told her the reason I called ahead of time is to have it ready so I can pay and leave, the other coworker told me I'm sorry but we get a bunch of phone calls were they asked to order and then they never come and pick it up and so I replied with then you should've told me you weren't gonna be able to accommodate me. I have no issues with the fact that they may have not had time to do the order or they can't do pick up orders but don't tell me you can and then when I get there you're barely going to start making my order that ruins the purpose of me calling ahead of time.

Went to use a coupon that recently received in the mail. they denied the coupon saying the sandwiches i wanted to order were excluded from the coupon. the coupon listed what was excluded and the sandwiches i was ordering where not listed. This place seems to just make up what coupons they want to accept. It is clear that they just except the coupons for the cheapest items on the menu.
