Coffee shop
The people who work at this one are really nice and they actually get my order right every time. Also, the place is free of homeless people (at least every time I go). That's worth 5 stars in LA nowadays. Also, I love that Coffee Bean makes 32oz. iced coffees! This is why I will be a loyal Coffee Bean customer (over some others).
Disappointed
The Coffee Bean on Platt in Woodland Hills consistently exceeds expectations! My brewed black coffee with exactly 8 white sugar packets is always ready right on time. The staff is friendly, and the service is impeccable. I never have to wait, and the coffee quality is top-notch. Highly recommend for a reliable coffee experience!
No restrooms for patrons isn't good. I suspect it's because unsavory people ruin the experience for others by trashing the area.

If you pay for an extra espresso shot, this place will rip you off - they don't actually provide it. My drink was watered down.

Their special coffee drinks are excellent as well as just a “regular cup of coffee”. Pastries are fresh and wonderful nice variety.
