I went to get a coffee and pastry. The worker see me and not acknowledge after I said hi and didn’t get any answer , no one even come to ask what the hell do u want!!!! After I asked can I wash my hands without even coming to the register she said we don’t have bathroom and when I asked no one even care to get the order she said wait a minute we come to get the order.of course I left but It is a big surprise for me that they provide food and have nowhere u can wash your hand and no skills to treat their customers right and still doing business. So disrespectful.

I wish we could have more coffee bean and tea leaf locations. Really love the flavors of the coffee. Very friendly staff and the coffee is delicious.

When you walk into a chain like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, you expect a certain level of consistency in your cup—a good cup of coffee is a given. But what really sets this particular location apart isn't just what's in the cup; it's the warmth and welcoming vibe that greets you as you step through the door. The store itself is a breath of fresh air, spotlessly clean and set to just the right temperature. It's a small thing, but it makes all the difference, creating a comfortable space where you can relax or get some work done without shivering or sweating over your latte. However, the true highlight of this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is its stellar staff. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is more than just satisfactory—they make it memorable. On my recent visit, Diana was the one who made my day. Her assistance was top-notch, her coffee knowledge impressive, and her customer service skills were second to none. She's not just doing her job; she's elevating the whole experience with her passion and dedication. It's employees like Diana who transform a routine coffee run into a highlight of your day. She's an asset not only to this location but to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf brand as a whole. If you're in the area and in need of a caffeine fix or a cozy spot to unwind, swing by this location. Come for the coffee, stay for the exceptional service, and leave with a smileWheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot right in front of the store front. Aisles wide enough for any individuals needing extra space due to wheelchair or other accommodations.

My husband is at the hospital and the cafeteria was not open so I came to this location to have a coffee and stay here for a couple of hours clear my head so I needed to have breakfast have coffee be there for a couple of hours and then use the restroom so I don't have to worry about it and I have my laptop with me I'm looking at the restroom and they said nope there's no restroom here well it's their loss I probably would have spent over $30 there because I was planning to stay there for a couple of hours.

I go to this location once a week on weekends. Everyone who works there is fast and friendly and generous as well. Fan for life for this location. Lastly, while I don't know if I want this secret to get out, they are the most generous vendor at this location for TooGoodtoGo. I regularly order 2 bags a week at $5 a bag plus tax. While I don't eat the burritos, on average the 2 bags get me through at least 5 days of breakfasts and lunches or dinners.

I think the coffee here is better than Starbucks and comparably priced. The iced hazelnut latte is my favorite ?Parking: Located inside a small strip mall and parking is very difficult at times.

This coffee bean is so inconsistent. Sometimes the baristas are awesome, other times they could not care less. Same with the cashiers. In general, I like the area (except for the sketchoids on the sidewalk in the AM) and that it's not in some huge mall is also a bonus. That being said... It seriously irritates me when a barista screws up by adding too much water to an americano when it's specifically ordered with less water for room, then dumps 1/3 - along with the shots you paid for - out to make up for it AKA my experience today. I ordered a regular with an add shot in a large cup for room, and the cashier makes it a large "because it's the same price". I said that's fine, as long as they know it's just a regular sized amount of water. The barista mindlessly makes the order, THEN pays attention to the details to see it's not a large but rather in a large cup, then compensates by - you guessed it - dumping 1/3 of the Americano out. Come on people. It's not that hard. While honest mistakes do happen, if you have to dump some out, add back a shot to give the customer what they paid for.

I hate this Coffee Bean.As of today, after giving them one too many chances, I would rather go out of my way to Topanga Village or Topanga/Ventura to get a decent latte.Drinks are incredibly inconsistent, never great. If there was a taste/quality scale for this store, the best rating wouldn't start at amazing, it would start at "meh/drinkable" and end at "garbage." 2 stars because the employees aren't so bad, other than their lack of capability to follow the recipe.

great coffee bean, nice employees, relaxing atmosphere… but the amenities list a restroom and there is none. please revise your google page.

Three starts because Diana is great soIs the short girl Bim but the rest of the staff wow. Extremely rude. I love coffee bean but nowadays their employees are horrible. This dude with the long hair always has a terrible attitude and my drink of choice is basic nothing complex about it. The girl with the green hair shouldn’t be working customer service.I barely complain or write reviews but hopefully they check their behaviors or find a job they actually like. The Tarzana location has better and friendly staff!

The coffee here tastes burnt. The people working there are very nice though.

i definitely want to be reasonable with this review because i really do love this location. today was just not it for them. they were super understaffed, which i was surprised because they are usually over staffed. i waited 15 minutes to order, one because they were understaffed and two because someone in front of me had waited almost the same amount of time and yet choose not to figure out what she was ordering. so that wasted not kidding you another 5 minutes. i really do love this store and the manager here is absolutely an angel but wish they were better staffed on a friday morning :/
