Shouldn’t sell ice cream sundaes for $20. That’s ridiculous and hopefully people just don’t go so they get the message. Can’t review based on the food cuz I’m not a millionaire. I’m sure it tastes just fine for any old ice cream sundae.

This place does not disappoint. The food was so good I wasn’t able to get a pic. The service was so amazing and the drinks were to die for. Try the Hennessy Lemon Drops ?. I will definitely be back.

The Funnel Cake was fire. - fresh out the bath! The ice cream was high quality and it held up to the hot funnel cake (didn't turn into soup)! On a different note, the tables need to be serviced better between guests so as to not get the customer before you's sticky experience (ick).

Funnel cake was really good. It took like 10 mins for the guy to make it and it was worth it. Price was reasonable as well. But the service wasn’t good. The guy who was there didn’t wanna give us the free churro that it was advertised. He said he we should have asked it before we order the food. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

We literally walked in, we were in there for all of 10 minutes, we were never greeted there was only 2 guests ahead of us that were obviously friends of the employee that was on duty tonight due to the fact he burnt first funnel cake and was waiving it around calling it a fetus making everyone else uncomfortable. He still didn’t acknowledge us after standing there reviewing the menu for a while we decided to leave and we will not be returning. Maybe it was because we were black that we received terrible service.

The worst service ever! I come here occasionally to get a strawberry topping funnel cake. Whoever the young lady is today isn’t able to make a funnel cake. I stood there 15+ minutes watching her burn the funnel cakes. She was crying the entire time and kept saying sorry. I opted for a churro & peanut buttery brownie. She cleaned the burned funnel cake utensils in the grease while my churro was cooking. All the while she’s still crying and apologizing. Not wearing gloves with a bunch of cuts on her hand & wrist. It was clear to see that her energy was off and she should have taken a mental health day. I didn’t want her to see me throw the food away so I tossed it when I got near Phenix Salon Suites. Someone please relieve her & send her home.

The Funnel House is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. The food is delicious, especially their signature funnel cakes. The decor is unique and adds to the overall fun experience. Whether you're craving something sweet or savory, this place has it all. Definitely a must-visit!
I ordered through the door dash app for pick up. I show up to the store and the young lady tells me they have an hour prep time. I ask her to refund me my money since they couldn’t meet the 1:30pm mark and I wasn’t able to come back. She refuse to cancel my order. Because she said they didn’t want to cancel it. If they couldn’t do it at the time promised they should have refunded me. Had to go through door dash through the app. Poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would but this establishment was very unsanitary when I went in. The tables were dirty and behind the counter was dirty. When you walk in it smelled like spoiled milk. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Customer service was horrible the guy without glasses was very rude. The time before this time the Ice cream got me sick and the clerk said their freezers were going out
