I placed a delivery order and it never showed up. I have tried calling the store for 3 days now and I keep getting a message that their mailbox is not setup. I reached out to corporate and a manager was supposed to call me but still haven’t heard from them.

Worst wingstop store!!

We usually love other wingstops but the employees here are the worst! They’re so slow and never make the right order, my chicken was overcooked, there was no pickle in my sandwich and the food was given to me cold. I had asked them thrice if my order was ready after 40 mins and they said no and yet after a total of 50 minutes they gave me an order that was already sitting on the counter.

If it weren’t for the tasty meal I’d give zero stars.
My daughter and I placed our order and the man at the counter said it would be ready in 20 - 25 minutes. I was surprised that it would take so long for a sandwich, two orders of tenders and 4 fries, but OK. I returned 30 minutes later and was told my order would be ready in 4 minutes, so I took a seat and waited…and waited…and waited a solid 20+ minutes and only got it when I asked two more times.
The floor in the kitchen was littered with trash and food. It’s a kitchen, so food is going to fall on the floor, but this floor hadn’t been swept in hours. Ever peek in on the a Chick-fil-A floor? It’s spotless, no matter the time of day.
Food and trash moved left and right as the staff shuffled their feet, wading through the debris oblivious to what was under foot .The tables and floor in the dining were in desperate need of attention. Every table was dirty as was the floor beneath. The ground just outside was filthy with refuse and at least one trash can literally overflowing with garbage.
Finally about to leave with my order, the clerk behind the counter apologized for the long wait and asked if I’d like to have something extra. He should have just compensated us for the excruciating wait with a symbolic complimentary fries or coupons without asking. How lame.
My experience is a perfect illustration of why chains like In-N-Out and Chik-fil-A thrive: employees are trained to make customers feel valued while delivering excellent service and product. Tonight, Wingstop failed at both of these and I’ll never go back.

Man! Seriously I can see why so many one stars. This location is so bad. We literally love wing stop normally go to the desoto location. This one definitely has no customer service. One they never answer their phones. We have shown up thinking poor people are slammed hell nope!

We ordered a $79.92 order to be exact. That was 50 wings etc. They were super dry on the original hot. Normally they come with a bit extra sauce on the paper atleast. My lemon pepper had hardly any seasoning on them. When I called one manager didn't want to deal with the complaint so she handed the phone to another. I had called right when we got home and opened it ! Couldnt drive back it was almost closing! This one offered only 25 wings to be re made. Haha this isn't cheap food we are paying for !

Today after a month or so we go to pick up. One the manager I spoke to was going to write my name in a book" never did . I called today to make sure I was still ok to get it since a month has passed. My name wasnt there!
And instead of her even offering 1 free fry she was strick on the only 25 wing. Ok no problem. I showed her the conformation screen shot. BUT then she sat there and ask for proof! Yes she wanted a whole ass picture. Thankfully I had one so I went through my camra role. Not even taco bell ! To sit there and ask for proof when you guys messed up 50 and are giving me 25 ?

This was our second time ordering from here. The first time we didn't complain and they had forgotten our fries. Did we complain nope?! We took it as it happens. So this second time it was almost 80$ that was no joke.

I ordered from the Wingstop at the West Hills location today and while the food deserves a solid 4 stars, I must express my disappointment with the behavior of the staff. This seems to be a recurring issue, as I've encountered similar problems at the Canoga Park location as well.
Despite choosing this brand because of my son's preference, I was again disappointed by the service. Although the store is generally clean and the front desk communication is acceptable, the attitude of a lady in the kitchen who handles packing orders is unacceptable. She was rude and looked angry when handing over the food to customers. This behavior significantly detracts from the overall experience.
It's disheartening to see that the company doesn't prioritize the behavior of their employees. Such experiences make it clear why there aren't many repeat customers, particularly gentlemen, at this store. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

Parking: Beside the big lot next to the store, there are 2-3 parking spot in front of store.

This is the second time I order my wigns extra cook and they never do it also employees there give u attitude if you ask them something this make me sad because we try to help this business to stay open but with service like this is hart to tell.

I placed an order online and paid extra money for ranch got the regular ranch for my meal waited 1 hour and they didn’t even give me 1 ranch. The whole meal was trash without the ranch. I called and told them too that it’s the least they can do is provide the sauce it ruined the whole meal 0/10 . Very dissatisfying
