I bring my kids here all the time because the yogurt is really delicious and way healthier than Baskin Robbins nearby.

My husband and I have been loyal customers at Yozen Frogurt for about a year since moving to the area and have always enjoyed our visits. However, our last two experiences have been very disappointing due to the behavior of one employee.

We came in 40 minutes before closing, and the employee seemed visibly upset that we were there, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. He even asked why we had waited “until right before closing” to come in. I work late, which is why we often arrive at that time, but your sign clearly says you’re open until 10 p.m., and we arrived at 9:20. The employee mentioned that he “starts closing at 9,” which is confusing. If that’s the policy, perhaps consider adjusting your posted hours to reflect when you actually stop serving customers.

This is now the second time we’ve had this experience with the same employee, and unfortunately it has left such a bad impression that we will no longer be returning.

What a truly great Frozen Yogurt shop.

All home-made and such an amazing variety of flavors & toppings!

The fresh cut fruit & the relaxing atmosphere are so nice.

I would recommend this for everyone. Really good

Great yogurt, love the Nutella flavor with lots of cheesecake bites. Sheloh, young man at the counter, has an exceptional skill for customer service. Without a doubt, love my experience each and every time. I had a pleasure of meeting the management and they are also extremely friendly and loved frozen yogurt as much as myself. Thank you for excellent service and experiences time and time again.

Love their frozen yogurt especially the original tart and their limited time flavors. Also the toppings are great especially the fruit which is always fresh. Young man working the counter is such a sweetheart and provides wonderful service. Nothing beats their yogurt on a hot day.

I came here a couple times before and again today. Their yogurt is very good but the customer service is subpar. The guy at the counter is not very nice. We asked for a sample cups which is common in frozen yogurt places and he denied. When my kids tried to get toppings, the cereal dispenser style topping area releases a ton of topping even though we barely moved the handle. Not only did my kids get a lot more than they wanted, the employee was rude and said “you made a mess”, as if it was intentional.

We spent over $40 for frozen yogurt for four people - way overpriced. I will not be coming here again. They lost a customer. It’s too bad.

P.S. while we were sitting down eating our frozen yogurt, two additional customers were irritated at the guy for his bad service. One also complained about the topping dispenser releasing too much topping. We are not the only ones who are unhappy.

Slightly understaffed but current staff is friendly. 1 sample?? Not a great biz decision. Flavors just aren't as rich as in other stores. Could it be cheaper ingredients? Not sure.

This place is a solid four stars. I think lowering their prices Just a Touch, Maybe by 10 cents per ounce, would make it a true five star spot.

Compared to Yogurtland over by Tampa and victory, this place has a slightly more Tangy "Tangy" flavor.

I do like the fact that you can put your own toppings on, however you want, wherever you want.

The flavors tasted great, but you're kind of just right in between Menchie's and Yogurtland.
By comparison, Menchie's to me just tastes like ice milk, with a very watery consistency.
Yogurtland is a little more smoother.

When you take everything into consideration, is it worth driving six or seven miles down Victory to go to a better spot? So this money you spend in gasoline kind of is the same thing as spending 10 cents more here per ounce.

You'll have to weigh all that into consideration. I mean if you're in the neighborhood, and this is your local spot, then more power to you.

In summary, and just giving a general review of the place, it's not bad, but it's not the greatest.
I tried a good six flavors in my bowl. It was very easy to distinguish each, and some are definitely better in consistency and flavor than others.

So that's really why I gave this place four stars as well instead of 5.

One of the best frozen yogurt spots in the valley! They have a good variety of flavors including a few non-dairy and no sugar added options. What makes this place stand above the rest of how creamy and smooth all of the flavors are. Other places have a lot of batch variation where one day the yogurt might be too icy and bland and the next it could be too sweet. Not sure what the secret is at Yozen Frogurt, but whatever they're doing they've got it down to a science.
