My wife and I normally love For the Win, but last night’s delivery was a major disappointment. I only ordered a Single Hamburger and Fries, and I can honestly say there wasn’t a single thing good about it. The burger arrived completely cold, no warmth at all inside the bun, and the fries were one cold, solid lump that looked like a rock. What made it even worse was the delivery experience. On the delivery menu, there’s a Special Notes section. I clearly wrote, in all caps, “PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL. DO NOT LEAVE THE ORDER IN FRONT OF MY DOOR.” My den is in the back of the house, so knocking won’t be heard. Despite this, the order was left on the doorstep without the doorbell ever being pressed. The note was printed right on the receipt, so it’s not like it was missed. Honestly, this whole experience was mind-boggling. It’s safe to say we will NOT be ordering delivery from For the Win again.

Everything was super tasty! I ordered the fried Brussels sprouts — they were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and not bitter at all. The fries with beef and sauce were absolutely delicious — juicy meat, great sauce, and the pickles added the perfect touch. Everything was served hot and fresh. Fast service and great vibes! Definitely coming back!!
