Typically when one orders an americano, the expectation is that you’d receive espresso poured over water. This location seems to be under the impression that an americano is drip coffee over ice. I’m sure making a shot is more work then dispensing drip coffee but come on now. Disappointed to say the least.

As SBs stores go, this is a definite outlier. Store hours are confusing. I’ve showed up many mornings to find it hasn’t opened. When it is open some staff try hard, others would rather be somewhere else. I yearn for quick service, only so I don’t have to spend more time here than I need to. A truly depressing start to the day.

First off I want to say Gaby the store manager is an amazing person and amazing leader.Her team provides an amazing level of customer service, and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone that comes in satisfied with your order.This is the reason I always keep coming back to the store because of the level of commitment and service.Glad to see Starbucks has amazing leaders

They don’t open at 6am. We knocked at 6:27 and they didn’t even look at us. They definitely heard us because when we first knocked they looked half way up then realized and continued about whatever they were doing. Very rude. Really bad customer service. Go to the one on Purdue. They’re great!
This place has the WORST employees, WORST customer service. A different horrible experience each time, so rude and arrogant. Please if you hate your job or life stay home and don’t try to ruin others people’s day. 1 they laugh at you when they have to remake your drink and are sarcastic about it, 2 they have an attitude when they have to take your order.I will filing a serious complaint about this location.
