This place is incredibly slow and the workers can be quite rude, at least when I go. I will not eat here again since the orders seem to always be wrong too. I'm sure they won't mind less business judging by their work ethic, or maybe it's management's fault? Probably the latter. Either way, I don't recommend coming here if you're looking for decent food within a reasonable time (they always make me pull into the parking lot to wait for the food, probably to cheat their drive-through service time counter haha).

Went to the drive thru. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo. Girl told me they didn't have any bacon. I asked how that made any sense when there is a grocery store right across the street. She asked if I wanted something else so I told her to give me a minute to decide on something else. The problem with that is that almost everything I wanted had bacon. So I settled for a papa burger combo. The burger was cold, the tomato on it was green. All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Sub par level service. Greasy chicken and not crisp fries. If they don't have the sauce you want the just throw whatever in the bag and let you be either disappointed or happily surprised:/

Not worth the time or money. Tonight I ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals. The meal comes with sandwich, fries, and 5 piece nuggets it came to $43.50. The person at the window not friendly at all told me I need to wait 8 minutes they will bring out to me. 15 minutes later I have to knock on the locked door to request my food where they only give me half the food I paid for. I can see a woman in the kitchen at the prepping counter stuffing her face with food.I have to go in the drive thru again to ask for the remainder of my order. The male that was at the window now was nice and apologized. They gave us the rest of our food but still no sauce that we requested or napkins. 30 minutes and $43 dollars….not worth it!

My visit to the A&W was good no issues other than the car "bonk pole" was kinda messed up so it slightly clanked on the top of my large van, food was good and loved all the options Thank you!

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Not going to get into it but one good example is they tried to charge 5.49 for fries even tho the board clearly states 3.99. Then they lied to my face saying they personally changed the drive thru price to 5.49.There was about 5 examples this bad in one visit. Wrong food, lied about not having a daily special, rude service, crackhead manager... just go to the old Hefty Burger around the corner (now Capitol Gyros)

Horrendous wait time! The reviews below me are no joke. Their advertised (spicy) chicken sandwich took a little more than 30 minutes for three. At the window, they told us it would take about 8 minutes and to park in the lot up front and our order will be right out. Most others also impatiently waited for their orders in their cars. There was this lady going in and out the restaurant, using chair as a barrier to keep the front door open and asking every one what was their order. And the burger itself wasn't even great either. It would have made sense if it was good and tasty and all the wait would've been worthwhile. It's like they are saving the food for others by barely giving you anything -- coleslaw in a tiny round box, mac 'n' cheese a scoopful, the soda 8/10th of a cup, and the fries as if they were handpicked and counted, not to exceed a "certain" limit. Don't go here if you don't have time to spare. Their stuff is expensive for no reason and they'll make you wait to the point where you'll actually get irrirated and frustrated and would want to leave. Fast food supposed to be fast, in and out quickly. Order ahead if it allows and go for a pickup and hope that they will hand it out to you in an efficient manner. We understand these are tough and challenging times, but there has to be some expectations that need to be met to serve the customers' needs and wants, so they are leaving satisfied and happy. This is the totally opposite.

Describing this restaurant as chaotic would be charitable. The kitchen staff runs around shouting at each other. Just trying to get their attention is more work than you can imagine. The menu doesn't have full prices listed. I paid $13.51 for two tiny pics of chicken, mash potatoes & a drink. $3,49 for a little container of slaw. Avoid this place if you can.

Just had a bizarre experience here. I stopped in around 4PM on a Sunday, and stepped inside. The place was mostly empty save for a couple folks at one table. However I did sense that there were a few cars in the drive-thru lane. I also noticed right away that this is a combination A&W/KFC outlet. After a moment, a compromised staffer came out to the counter, ostensibly to take my order. The staffer was in KFC garb. I ordered one of the A&W burger combo meals. The staffer stared at the keyboard/register unit wordlessly, and kept staring. I backed away. It was at this time that I noticed that half of the dining area was roped off, blocking access to the soda dispenser. I looked back and noticed that the staffer had abandoned the cash register. I thought I heard voices from back in the kitchen area but I couldn't be sure. Sensing disaster, I walked out the door and left.

We sat in the car for a good 40 minutes till we finally got up to the drive-through order menu they told us right away that they were super busy and I told him I understood I waited five minutes go past I told her I was still looking at the menu to give me a moment to get back on the microphone button they told me to hold on as soon as I’m ready to order so I had to wait another two more minutes then I get back on the microphone take my order I specifically told them the numbers that were supposed to I guess it’s a letter with numbers they decided to put in exactly what we told them to do but as soon as we got our food everything was incorrect and a lot of things were missing furthermore they were completely out of hot dogs I plan to post photos of the whole scene and if you’ve ever worked in drive-through fast food or even just in a professional kitchen or restaurant of any sort you should know how this works

Stop by here on our way home for a fast and easy dinner in the car (around 7pm), waited 10 minutes I. The drive through before we even got to order (3 cars ahead of us), then after order, the cashier asked us to pull around and wait it the parking lot for our food, we parked and waited another 20 minutes before we got our order. 30 minutes for ‘fast food’ is not acceptable!!! Do not call yourself a fast food restaurant if you are going to make people wait 30 minutes!!!

Nasty nast nasty... don't bother save your money. Old chili and too much cheese to hide the crusted old chili. No onion and KFC biscuits hard as a rock could only eat the inside of it so hard. Spent $23 on old garbage food.

This is a second or third time I visited this location and tried their new featured chicken sandwich item. Both times the chicken has been overcooked this past time it was a little less dry than the time before however this time my daughter wanted some corn dog nuggets so we were told that would take five to seven minutes as they are cooked order not a problem pulled around to the parking lot waited said time and they were still ice cold in the middle
